We charge a flat fee of $5.00 on most items for both shipping & handling. This helps cover all the costs of providing this service including postage, packaging, labor and inventory overhead. When you purchase multiple items however, shipping & handling is usually only $1.00 for each additional item except for larger pieces like bodies and necks.

We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for your item. Packages can get lost or damaged in transit and you should purchase insurance to handle this situation. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we can reship a replacement after 30 days for domestic shipments and 45 days for international shipments.

We reserve the right to hold shipping for up to 10 days if a confirmed shipping address is not provided via PayPal.
