After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:

Check-Out Now! Click on the Check-out button at the top of this page or click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
Check-Out Later: Within 3 hours of the end of the auction, you will be notified via email that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. Our email will contain a link to our checkout site where you will be able to pay for your item.

Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the end of the auction.

We leave positive feedback for all of our customers who pay on time and leave us positive feedback. As soon as we receive your feedback, our system will automatically leave feedback for you.

What type of information will you need about the vehicle?
Model information will be requested at checkout.  Please tell us the exact year (with production date if possible), make, and model.  Include additional information such as engine size (liters), 2wd or 4wd, 4cyl or V6, turbo or non-turbo, abs or non-abs, etc. 

What condition are these items in?
All items are 100% brand new.

Will these products require additional modifications or new brake calipers?
These items are Original Equipment Manufactured items and will NOT require any type of additional modifications.  However, we do recommend the use of new brake pads.

What is the difference between our rotors compared to other sellers?
Our rotors are approved by ISO9002/QS9000/VDA6.1 What does this mean? It means our rotors are manufactured in a qualified facility in which all parts and material are inspected.  We spend numerous hours on research on how to drill, slot, zinc plate, balance, and inspect our rotors so that our customers are getting high quality rotors. Now ask yourself: "Can other sellers offer all this for you?" Our answer to you is "NO."  Rest assure that you are getting high quality rotors at an unbelievable price. The appearance and stopping power will be beyond your expectations.

What is the warranty?
We offer 90 days warranty for rotors against cracking or warping. For clutches, we over a 1 year or 12,000 mile warranty, which ever comes first. We do not offer warranty on brake pads or stainless steel lines. Shipping will be paid by the buyer.  A detailed warranty policy will be explained at checkout. 

Our secure checkout system will give you a choice to pay with Paypal, credit card, or money order.  We do not accept personal or business checks. If sending a money order, please be sure to write your item number on the money order.

Payment is required within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed. After checkout is complete, money orders can be sent to:

Shipments will be as follow:

Taxes/duties still apply in addition to the shipping fee you pay.  UPS may ask to collect taxes/duties upon delivery. For an estimate of these charges, we suggest you contact your local UPS office or government. We will not mark any items as gift or sample.

Taxes/duties still apply in addition to the shipping fee you pay for international shipments.  Check your local government for the fees.

It takes 3-5 days for us to ship out brake lines and brake rotors that need to be zinc plated.  Non-zinced OE rotors, clutches, brake pads, brake shoes, and brake drums will usually be shipped within 48 hours. 

We will email the tracking number once items are shipped.  Please use the shipping calculator below to calculate shipping.

What is the Refund Policy?
Here at R1 Concepts Inc. we strive to provide you, our buyers, with the highest quality products along with the best customer service experience. Your satisfaction is our guarantee. This is why we offer all of our items with 30 days return policy when buyer receives the item.

Items being returned must be in brand new condition as it originally came with the original boxes, hardware, manuals, accessories, and etc. We will not issue a refund for items that has been used, installed, or missing other items. Buyer is responsible for shipping the items back. We are not responsible for any custom entry and duty fees associated with any returns or exchanges for international buyers; this will be charged to the buyer.

 There will be a 20% restocking fee from the sales price (NO EXCEPTIONS - unless it was our mistake which will be determined by R1 Concepts Inc.).  Original shipping charges will not be refunded.  Refunds will be issued as same payment type (paypal or credit card) or by company check.
