Warranty Policy

shipping costs will be

responsibility.

the warranty period,
customer can use our local
repair services but it is
not free.
Customer need to bear the
costs incurred (including
service charges, shipping
costs, or any cost of new

Exchange, Refund and
Return Guidelines
- We
offer a 7-day exchange and
refund policy for defective
items and unsatisfactory
purchase.

Replacement item(s) or
reimbursement(s) will be
settled within 7 days from
the day the customers
received the original item(s).
- For
refund cases, 10% of the
purchase price will be
deducted in the
reimbursement as our
administration charges.

Return shipping costs are
refundable only for

exchange cases, customers

the return shipping costs.
The return guidelines are

item(s) must be returned in
new condition and with all

and packed securely for

accept any damages during
