Thank you for choosing MezzaCorp. By placing a bid on our auctions, you have
agreed to all terms, policies and conditions of MezzaCorp.
Payment/Shipping:
Buyers agree to pay fixed shipping and handling fees as stated in the product
description. Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
They do not include only the cost of the postage. They are also included
additional costs such as packing materials, boxes, labels, labor and fuel
charges. We do not utilize third party shipping account numbers.
We do offer discount shipping and handling charge for combined/multiple items
purchased.
Please make sure you have paid the correct amount of shipping and handling
according to your location. Processing of the order will be delayed if buyer
paid insufficient amount of shipping and handling fees.
If the item was refused/returned by the buyer or shipping carrier for any
reason, buyer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling fees again to
resend the item. Please make sure you have provided a correct/valid mailing
address.
We accept Paypal or credit card over the phone as form of payment. For
Paypal payment, please have a PayPal account with CONFIRMED ADDRESS. If you did
pay through PayPal with unconfirmed address, we reserve the right to refuse your
payment and we will hold your order for an infinite time. Also, we will return
the payment to you and charge back the PayPal processing and service fee of 5%
of the total payment amount received.
For payment via credit card over the phone, please call between our office
hours Monday-Friday 10:30am-6:00pm.
Payment must be received within 7 days of auction ended, product availability
is not guaranteed after 7 days.
No COD (collect on delivery). All shipment must prepaid for the freight. All
products will be shipped by one of the following carriers: UPS/Fedex/USPS
priority mail or first class mail (by our choice). We will provide tracking
number upon request. Tracking number is not available for all APO/FPO, Canada
and international addresses.
Return Policy:
In order to better serve and satisfy our customers, we spend enormous efforts
on ensuring our product descriptions and order processing procedures are
accurate, precise and informative. If you are not sure about the information,
please ask any questions before placing your order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
You may choose to return and exchange any unopened products that are in
original packing, good and resalable condition (at seller discretion).
MezzaCorp is not responsible for the shipping cost. After we have received
the returned item, we will examine and verify its condition before issuing any
credit or refund on the product selling price with the deduction of the original
postage cost to send out the item to our customer. Please understand there is a
5% restocking charge apply to the product selling price.
Please note that all return and cancellation shipping and handling fees of
all items are non-refundable.
No returns will be accepted. No refund or exchange will be issued on all
items that have been worn, used, tailored, marked, scratched or washed.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase.
Sometimes, We do make mistakes in processing your order at certain
circumstances:
- we ship a wrong item, wrong size or wrong color to you
- if you receive a manufacturer defective product
- our description is wrong
If those defects are found, we are responsible to either exchange the
specific item, or issue a full amount refund to you. We will reimburse you the
actual shipping fees for you to return the item to us if we shipped incorrect
product.
If we found that we have make no mistake (right item sent, no manufacturer
defect, correct description) we will send the original item back to you.
If you need to make an exchange on the color or size of the product, please
first contact our customer service representatives via email to obtain an
authorization for return within 7 days of the purchase receipt. Please include
the item number, product condition, the reason of the return in the email.
Please include the following with the exchange:
- return postage (which you will be inform in the return authorization
email)
- the original ebay item number
- your contact information (which include your name, address, phone number
or email address)
- the reason for return/exchange
- if you want to exchange, please also include the style, size and the color
you would like to exchange.
Without any of the above information with the exchange, we will not be
able to process any returns. Your return order will be delayed.
Please note that it takes approximately 10 days for a domestic return to
process. For Canadian and other international orders may take longer processing
time.
