About me....
For many years,
I sold children's clothing here on ebay. A few years
ago I decided to homeschool my daughter, and for
a while I juggled both ebay and homeschooling. In
2007, I became frustrated with ebay's policies and
all the changes they kept making so I decided to
quit ebay and devote my attention to my daughter.
Now I list here and there, on ebay and other sites.
I have given up selling clothing, but do list other
items like Build A Bears, Webkinz and American Girl
from time to time.
My daughter's
passion and greatest love right now are Orcas. Having
only seen them at Sea World, my Mom and I are trying
to plan a vacation somewhere, where they can be
seen in the wild. If you happen to have any experiences
worth sharing, please let me know!!
If you love
Build A Bears, and Orcas, check out Jamaican*Me*Nuts
here on ebay. She happens to have the Build A Bear
Orca available. I got one for my daughter for Christmas
and it is so cute!
Thanks for
stopping by!
***A note from
me about the negative feedback I recently received***
I had listed
several Webkinz, and one of the buyers contacted
me and was extremely rude and hostile accusing me
of using the code. The code was sealed and attached
to the animal. While I was responding to her explaining
how to fix the problem, she negged me. I told her
that if the code was indeed used, she could contact
Ganz about it. There have been instances where people
would sit and randomly enter codes until they found
one that works, a simple google search would show
that this has happened. And people I know who have
registered a used code have contacted Ganz and Ganz
has activated the code. She said I was a liar, there
has never been an instance of someone guessing the
code, and that what I was saying was ridiculous.
Never mind that Ganz has an entire help page dedicated
to what to do if your code shows as already registered.
The only reason I can think of that she was so hostile
and unwilling to fix the problem is if there wasn't
a problem, and the code was indeed registered...by
her. I started selling in 1999, and have had over
5000 transactions, and this person is my very first
neg in all those years. I am really saddened by
the path ebay is headed down, and this is a prime
example of why I stopped selling on ebay, except
every now and then. For my sane, rational and polite
buyers, I am still selling elsewhere. ;-)
These are some
of fun and silly pictures pictures from over the
years. My husband and my daughter both share the
"make a strange face when a camera is pointed
at you" gene, so pictures like this are far
more abundant than the "normal" type photos.
Normal is boring, right?
