At Riccar we're focused on one thing - building world-class vacuums. As other manufacturers closed factories in the USA to take advantage of cheaper overseas production, we did just the opposite. In 1998 Riccar moved its upright vacuum cleaner production from Taiwan to St. James, Missouri. And since then we've expanded our factory three times. This move enabled us to build more quality into every Riccar upright and in turn extend our warranties.
Riccar upright, canister, eight-pound and central vacuums are sold exclusively through Authorized Riccar Retailers, where you will receive expert advice, professional service and some of the longest warranties in the industry.
What To Watch Out For...
Despite what an on-line seller might claim, no Riccar vacuum sold on eBay is warranted by Riccar. Riccar only backs vacuums sold by Authorized Riccar Retailers, all of whom sell Riccar vacuums exclusively through their "brick-and-mortar" stores.
