Under the EBAY user name "rickcoral" Hawley Entertainment Collectibles offers collectibles, memorabilia, out of print, rare and hard-to-find items related to the entertainment industry (music, movies, television, theater, etc.).  We have been active members of eBay since December, 1998.

A Few Notes:

We guarantee our items to be in the condition stated in the eBay listing and, unless otherwise noted, the photos in our listings are of the exact item you will be purchasing.  We grade items such as records and CDs very conservatively so you, the customer, will be very pleased with your purchase.  We know you like getting what you pay for... we do too!

Paypal is our PREFERRED method of payment.

Insurance is an option for U.S. shipments only.  Please ask us for an insurance quote if you want the package insured. 

International Buyers will receive an invoice with a quote for First Class International Mail.  You can request Priority Mail or Registered Mail.  We will research the cost and respond with an updated quote.

NO ONE LIKES SHIPPING COSTS!  Not even us.  So we keep shipping costs to you as low as possible.  Our auctions start at a reasonable price and our store items are listed with reasonable prices, also.  We will COMBINE SHIPPING on any two or more items within a reasonable time period (6 days) and ship together, JUST EMAIL US WITH THE TITLES/ITEM NUMBERS and ASK for combined shipping.  We can't keep track of all you have won and what you are bidding on...you need to communicate with us regarding exact items you have won and are watching.  We can provide very good customer service with a little help from you.

When you choose U.S. Priority Mail (U.S. customers only!) you will only pay what the post office charges us when we hand them your package.  We package each item (or combined items) in nice, clean, new boxes and/or bubble mailers, and package your item in a professional manner.  Occasionally, we will "re-use" a box or packing material if it is up to our standards.  This also helps keep overhead costs down.  We firmly believe in reducing waste, re-using material, and recycling whatever we can.  Please re-use or recycle the packaging your item arrives in.  Thanks.

Feedback is left for all transactions after hearing that you've received the item and are satisfied with it.  Your positive feedback signals our eBay Blackthorne database program; we can see your happiness :-) and leave you a little, too. We will do whatever it takes to make sure your transaction is a positive experience for you and us.  The high rating you give us with your feedback and your selection of 5.0 (5 stars) in the Detailed Seller Rating area helps us not only with future customers, but also with a discount on the fees charged by eBay.   

We usually take Saturday and Sunday off, so if you ask a question during that time, it will might be Monday before you get an answer. We will not ignore you!  And we're in California; time differences are not delayed responses.
