Rick's Law Enforcement Collectibles Greetings from the Sugar White Sands of Pensacola, Florida Hello, my name is Richard (Rick) Miller. I am a retired United States Army Military Police Investigator with 20 years of Federal Law Enforcement experience. During my career, I have met with many Federal Agencies and started collecting patches and badges in 1981. I was just attempting to assemble a display of police agencies I worked with. That collecting effort grew to over 44,500 police related items. My "Living Room" in our house has since been turned into a Police Collectibles Museum. Five years ago a close friend gave me a couple Road Champs Police vehicles as a joke. Now my police vehicle collection contains over 1200 regular issue and custom-made police vehicles.
