Hi my names JoAnn and its great to meet you! You are the reason Rockin Beads is here.. Its a funny story on how we ended up here and why we stick with eBay’s world of shopping..

5 years ago I was out of work from a motorcycle accident. Ok I know old women shouldn't keep laying down big bikes but I’m a Aries and the fire gets the best of me some times.. Well lots of Dr bills and No income well I started selling off all my collectables on ebay and it was fun. and at the flee market.. I was buying liquidation lot and earning a few pennies here and there. I did get back to work and dabbled with ebay for the next 2 years..

One day I got a note from a customer asking for a special jewelry part and I just couldn't find it here in the US. Well years back I had a little incenses business and purchased my sticks from a man in china so I went digging through old business papers. There it was I always called Hy and Hy still answered his phone.. Yaaa I was in business... Doing something I loved.. Challenging myself and with Hy's help I had a specialty!

Iv been a crafter for years from hand quilting, natural Dying, weaving and spinning yarn. When I lived Michigan I used to go around teaching about Angora Rabbits and spinning there wool. But now I’m learning with you about this wonderful world of beads. I am mostly a pearl knottier but continually find classed so I can learn more... So many pretty bobbles I wish I had time to use them all but I am enjoying my favorite part of all the hunt, the challenge..

So now we get back to you every item every bead and every finding in this store was inspired by someone just like you. So please never feel like you are bothering me with a email you are inspiring me and challenging me... Most of all you are creating a store that can serve you better and you have team working for you. We have so many different artist that buy from us from beaders, weavers, leather workers, Knotters, Macramé, potters, and even the occasional jeweler. So believe me I do not have all the answers but if I do I do try to help.

Kyle is my son he is one of the most responsible and caring young man you will ever meet. Right now he works here part time and full time at a machine shop. His knowledge is a wonderful asset to this business. When we get faulty parts from China he is able to find the problem and tell the factory exactly what they need to do before re shipping. Our goal is for him to be full time by January so we can serve you better...

Irena is our new shipper, You may have noticed we have made fewer mistakes in our shipping lately she is about the most accurate shipper I have ever seen.. Yes folks we do make mistakes but we fix them as quickly as we can. Please just let us know.

Now I’m going to brag a bid "ego I guess" we have been working with ebay outreach to crate a great shopping experience for you so we have some fun non ebay type policies.. Relax, Enjoy spend up to 10 days picking out your items one at a time, plan your project, look around ebay see if you can get a better price but relax you have 10 days to shop, We don't start there you have another 10 days to pay so 20 days before payment is due. Really! We really do need you to pay by the 30th day though otherwise our inventory program will not hold your item any more and will resell the item and someone gets shorted. If you need to cancel your purchase before 30 days let us know we will need you a mutual agreement.
