"Rollibear" rolls into eBay with Antique Cameras
Gets Praise for Speed, Quality and Accuracy of Listings!

Noted Collector "Cleaning House" for YOU! With over 2000 pieces, Rollibear (I'm Owen MacNutt in real life) has started taking collecting seriously! I told my wife that I was buying on eBay. She suggested SELLING, as only a wife can. So we settled on both. Since we moved, much of the collection has stayed in boxes, in the barn. So I have decided that all duplicates must go, and eventually everything. And things are going! The one hundred or so items sold so far don't make a dent in the inventory! I do not sell every week, but almost. I run a busy restaurant. But every few evenings I try to photograph a new batch, and put them up. I answer all e-mail, as much as I have time for. I believe in being accurate in my descriptions, since my wife does NOT want items back! I usually don't miss much. I do offer a MBG on some items (many are listed otherwise). Afterall, our intent is to sell, not show! |

Where can you find a chance to play with a digital camera and lighting, create web pages on your computer, make money from your hobby and see your mother-in-law every day? On eBay, of course. Photographing items for sale is challenging, fun, and creative, using studio lights and Photoshop editing afterwards. Writing accurate descriptions and a "Sell" headline is both challenging and rewarding. The better you write, the better your items "sell." Making money has it's own rewards, and eBay brings good prices from qualified and interested buyers. Oh, and about the mother-in-lawshe's the Postmaster at my Post Office where I mail out and receive my items. (And she's a FOX! Hi, Mom.) Speaking of selling, I have so many items that I have set up my own business, on line. It's called the Attic Camera. Collectors know that the best pieces are from someone's attic - basement cameras don't survive as well, due to the excessive moisture there. And don't look for a fancy web site - yet. I don't know how to do that. But I can learn. For now just come on up to |
