Now back to business!  As a seller on eBay for over 10 years, I have learned a great deal about the world of glass beads, Swarovski crystal, Egyptian basalt stone statues, Buddhist items, Kwan Yin and much more that I want to share with you.

I began as a jewelry maker in the early 80's and have now advanced to a retail merchant with no time to create.

I have collected beads since 1972.  I cannot keep my entire collection so I sell pieces of the collection every month.

As of 2008 eBay changed their policy on FeedBack.  A seller cannot leave negative feedback, but a buyer can leave negative feedback all day long.  At the same time, eBay created a system whereby the buyer is to rate the seller using a star method.  If buyers do not rate the seller with 5 or 4 stars every time, then the ratings will make the seller lose their Power Seller status.  This has been very bad for many sellers because it seems to be very hard for buyers to leave 5 stars even when their transaction was a perfect plus.  As an example, I have another store that has never charged any shipping charges.  You would think this would always bring 5 stars for shipping. No it doesn't. People just can't seem to click on 5 stars for a seller.  I'm writing this because I really want you to think about your transaction the next time and leave the proper stars for your seller.  We really do try hard to make your shopping experience a positive transaction.  Thank you.
