Royal Coffers is a seasonal business, so here are some guidelines:



HIGH PEAK: July August September October
During High Peak pricing is highest and we are the busiest so dresses are more expensive and limited (though
we do our best to keep up with the demand and never overbook).
MID SEASON: January February March April May June
During Mid Season pricing is medium, wait time is not excessive.
LOW SEASON: November December
During Low Season my pricing is super, super low and is the best time to get a great deal.

SHIPPING:
Shipping can always be combined. We always prefer UPS. Their tracking system is great, but sometimes slightly
more costly. If you need to have your package shipped via US Postal Service, we can do that, but we
have had problems with tracking and timing. Our shipping fees reflect our environmental standards because
most of our boxes are made from 95% recycled materials and are more expensive.

COMBINED SHIPPING:
We can combine shipping. It is $20 for the first costume, $5 for each additional, $5 for each hoop skirt. Chemises,
poets shirts, belts, hats and beads ship free unless more than four are ordered, then it is $1 each. Ebay should
automatically update the fees after multiple purchase order. There is a seller's discount box on Paypal
that you may use if the automation doesn't work, or email me and I'll update the invoice after your purchase.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING:
We do ship overseas. However, tracking and insurance are NOT AVAILABLE for overseas shipping. It is at
your risk and we cannot guarantee or insure the delivery unfortunately.

CALIFORNIA SHIPPING:
Shipping is $10 for the first item and $1 for each additional. Do not upgrade shipping because UPS Ground
guarantees overnight shipping to Southern California and 2 days to Central and Northern California.

CHANGES:
Fabrics can be exchanged upon request as long as we carry the color. We can leave off trim, change
sleeve style from pearled to slashed
and vice-versa.

FABRIC:
We only use our own fabrics and trims.

RUSH ORDERS:
RUSH orders are available, but please keep in mind that we make these from scratch and that sometimes
there are unexpected delays which we regret terribly, especially on RUSH orders. We can't rush
special orders or changed orders. If you want a rush order, it is best to order and send me
your measurements asap. YOU MUST UPGRADE TO 2ND DAY AIR FOR RUSH ORDERS.

phone number and email address, user id and item number are helpful too.

EMAIL ORDERS:
We do not take email orders. It is not just because it is against Ebay rules, but that email orders are a very
difficult form of order for us. They are confusing and easy for us to make mistakes. Please do not request
an email or phone order, even if it is a large order. I can set up orders on Ebay or relist a number of auctions
if you need several. But it must go through Ebay or our website or our records invariably
get confusing.


IN SHOP LIMITATIONS:
We do not allow pick-ups or fittings. One reason we offer low, low prices is that we don't have a store
and we don't pay extra people to accommodate in shop customers.

SIZE CHART

SIZING: These costumes are designed for a super easy fit. The elastic waist on the skirt and the side lacing
bodice give a wide range of sizing. FOR WOMEN simply MEASURE YOUR BUST (NOT BRA SIZE AND NOT UNDER
BUST) AND WAIST for a perfect fit. The dresses I make range in sizes from 22" bust to 70" bust. (There is an
additional fabric fee of $20.00 for measurements of 60" and over). The skirt is 47" long and serged at
the bottom and will need to be hemmed. We can hem for a small fee. OR you can email your skirt length
measurement and we can cut and serge it to that length. Measure from waist to floor for skirt length. We
add two inches if hoop skirt will be worn.

FOR MEN'S MEASURE CHEST AND WAIST AND INSEAM. Often waist and chest measurements will differ greatly
from jean or jacket sizes. That is why it is important to send measurements and not sizes. However, if you have
difficulty with measuring and you want to send sizes, that is fine as long as you let me know it is
clothing sizes and not actual measurements. :)

GETTING MEASUREMENTS TO US ONCE YOU PURCHASE:
It is the very best to send the measurements in the notes box when you pay with Paypal.
OR you can email them to me at Falconsoar@sbcglobal.net, but make sure to include item number, user id
and your first and last name.
OR if you send your payment in with a money order or check include a note with measurements.

Things that cause delays:
Two email addresses.
Checks or money orders sent without user ID number, contact info or measurements.
Special orders, changes to orders, changes to styles, changes to measurements.
Order with no measurements.


ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES:
The shipping boxes we use are made from 85% recycled materials.
We do not package with plastic or paper (so if you require it, please email me
and we will accommodate).
We use all Compact Fluorescent Lighting. (They screw in just like a regular
light bulb).
We recycle paper, and use paper from 30% recycled materials.
We rely on UPS to ship our fabrics as much as possible to avoid sending our vehicles.
We have organic cotton peasant dresses and chemises and will add more in the future.

HUMAN ISSUES:
Our seamstresses and employees are VERY IMPORTANT TO US AND OUR CUSTOMERS.
They are paid per dress and make an excellent income.
They work fast and they work very hard and are well compensated.
Cutting employee wages is not a way that we keep costs down.

The business side of things.
All of the Renaissance ~ Elizabethan ~ Medieval clothing that you see on my auctions are created and
sewn by me and my assistant seamstresses (whom I love!!). I only use very high quality fabric (one of
the best part of this business is buying yards and yards of exquisite fabric and then letting it roll out across
my cutting board like a red carpet). All of the seams are either serged, machine sewn, or hand sewn. By the way
"serged" or "overlocked" is the stitch from a sewing machine that uses four spools and looks like the edges
sewn on store bought clothes. I have a B.A. from UC Riverside in art history with emphasis on the Renaissance
(of course). So I'm constantly looking for new ideas and ways to make my costumes more and more authentic
by studying Renaissance portraits. I'm always interested in your comments on the fit and quality when you
