After winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you must use our checkout system to complete payment. You have two checkout options:
1) If you are the winning bidder, click on the checkout button in the auction.
2) Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase
Payments
Our secure checkout will calculate your order total. The following payment methods are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards through PayPal only. Payment must be made within 14 days of purchase in US funds and paid from a US bank ONLY.
Shipping & Handling
We ship within the Contiguous United States and Canada only. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
*All shipments to Canada may be subject to UPS brokerage fees which will include duties imposed by the Canadian government. RugDealz has no jurisdiction over these fees and will therefore be the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are NOT included in the Canadian Shipping cost shown in this listing.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. Please make sure you include your order number and/or eBay item number so we can pull up your order/item information.
Customer Service is available Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm Eastern. Emails are normally answered within 24 hours.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send the rug back within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to refund your full purchase price less our outbound shipping cost. It will be the buyer's responsibility to return the rug to our facility. You must obtain a return authorization number from us before returning the item.

We always try to depict our rugs as accurately as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for manufacturer's cut size and/or color/design variance, or individual monitor settings which may distort actual colors
