ryaninminnesota is Ryan Automotive in Buffalo, Minnesota. We are a family owned and operated dealership located in the small town of Buffalo, just west of Minneapolis. We have a large inventory of new and used vehicles in stock and get more in daily. We retail select units on eBay that are in high retail consumer demand. Our typical eBay offered automobile is a one owner or off-lease, late model (98 or newer), with good mileage. Many of our cars and trucks we list will still be under a factory warranty.
Who Should Bid
Only individuals who have their finances pre-approved or have cash on hand to finalize the transaction should bid on any eBay motors auctions. If you need financing we would be happy to help you. We work with numerous banks as well as GMAC and offer competetive financing! Please bid responsibly. You are encouraged to give us a call directly to discuss any aspect of the vehicle you are interested in and put a deal together. You must be 18 years of age to purchase a vehicle.
Where is ryaninminnesota located?
We are Just 30 minutes west of Minneapolis in the beautiful small town of Buffalo,MN on Minnesota Highway 55.
What is the source for your inventory?
We have many different sources for the cars and trucks we stock. Vehicles may be purchased at dealer sales, at off-lease sales, directly from General Motors, from credit unions and banks. The vehicles we retail on eBay are usually late model (98 and newer) and have good miles and may still be under a factory warranty. We resell cars with clean titles only, this means we never retail salvage, rebuilt, reconstructed, insurance claim, flood or other gray market vehicles unless specifically noted.
Do you have all titles on hand for your vehicles?
We do not always have titles on hand for vehicles that are placed for sale, titles may be in transit from banks, from other dealerships, from the state, and a host of other reasons for normal processing delays in title paperwork. We are a Chevrolet Cadillac dealer and garauntee clear titles on all vehicles that we sell. If having title on hand is of critical importance to you, please call to verify its availability prior to purchasing the vehicle.
What 'other' fees are there besides the purchase price?
The other fees include taxes, shipping and documentation charges. If you live in Minnesota, you must pay Minnesota sales tax. We also charge a $75 flat documentation fee for handling paperwork, filing titles, mailing and copying costs. These fees are fixed and are non negotiable.
How is shipping of the vehicle arranged, can I get a quote?
We are happy to assist you with arranging transport of your vehicle. We will facilitate your transportation needs but any shipping arrangements are ultimately between you and the shipper. Please call us at (800)597-0574 so we can get some information from you to get you an accurate quote on what shipping would be.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept certified cashier checks drawn on US Banks in US funds. We also accept wire transfer of monies in US funds directly to our account. Please call us with any questions.
Do you do any financing?
We do have financing available. We work with numerous banks and credit unions as well as with GMAC. Please call us with any questions you may have on financing.
I live out of state, how does the buying process work if I am paying cash or financing with you?
More than half of our eBay transactions involve selling and shipping vehicles out of state. Here is the process broken down step by step:
- You place the winning bid and make a $1000 deposit via credit card or check card
- We contact each other via phone to finalize the transaction
- We will FedEx all appropriate documents and contracts to you. When you recieve them you will sign where indicated and return documents with a certified check (if paying cash) When we receive your funds we detail the car, and have the shipper come and pick up your car. Your new car is now on it's way to you, typical delivery time is 7 to 14 days.
- When your funds have cleared, we mail all title documentation.
- You vehicle should be delivered about the same time you recieve your title work
- Transaction Complete!
I live out of state, but want to fly in and drive my new car back home.
Great! We have done this many times. Please make arrangement to fly into MInneapolis St Paul International Airport. If you let us know in advance, we can arrange to have the paperwork completed and have you picked up at the airport.
What about extended service contracts?

What type of service do you do to the cars before selling them?
All cars are professionally inspected by GM Technicians and cleaned before sale. If there are any mechanical issues noted during inspection, they are addressed before the car is sold.
How do I know the car is in the condition stated?
We are experts in the auto business and have personally inspected thousands of vehicles. We do our best to point out the short comings in the cars and trucks that we sell. If you are interested in an extended service contract for your new car or truck purchase, please ask for details.
Do you accept trades?
As a general rule, we do not accept trades on our eBay listings, however, if you have a late model (98 or newer) car or truck with good miles in good condition, we may be able to consider it. Keep in mind that the logistics and expense of long distance trades can sometimes be too much to overcome. All trade quotes over the phone are subject to the trade being presented in person as stated. We reserve the right to change our appraisal if there are discrepancies.
