I'M THE PREGNANT LADY
I'm currently taking a break from making these tanks,
but here's my story...ENJOY!
Being pregnant is the most amazing experience life has to offer.
But, along with that, comes stupid people. Sorry to be so bold, but it's true. Those of you who are pregnant or already have children know exactly what I'm talking about. What gives people the right to touch another ones body? Do pregnant bellies = touch me? I don't think so. Being pregnant also doesn't mean that I want to hear every strangers pregnancy experience with their 89 hours of labor without an epidural and how they breastfed little Joey till he was 2. I had an epidural (ahhhh) AND I'm bottle feeding, so shove it-Your baby is no better than mine. Don't get me wrong. I LOVED being pregnant,and the occasional conversation with other pregnant women was awesome,but the strangers who feel the need give you (unwanted) advice, or the ones who touch without asking tends to ware on you.
Especially during your second (and third) pregnancy.
These "Pregnant Lady Humor" tanks all come from my personal experience. People continue to shock me on a daily basis. Some days I don't have the nerve to tell people how I feel, so I put it on a tank, hoping to make at least one person rethink their reaction to a pregnant lady. Forget traditional maternity clothes. I wore these tanks everyday!! Here's an Example I was shopping one day, 8 months pregnant, and a woman came up to me and said (with her arm stretched out) "Oh my God, are you pregnant" I wanted to say, "No, stupid, I'm stealing a watermelon!" but I really said, "Yes, I'm due in 4 weeks." With this, I made the tank..."Yes, I'm pregnant. No, you can't touch me." On another day out, someone asked me (I still can't believe this one), "Is it your husbands?" WHAT?!?!? Are you kidding me?
Do I look like a whore? New shirt...
" My husband thinks it's his" This is my favorite shirt so far.
It also works for me because our son looks
NOTHING like my husband.
People stop me and ask about this shirt.
That kind of attention I'll take!
I hope you like my humor and if you're
purchasing one-enjoy it. Enjoy being pregnant,
enjoy your labor (if you can), enjoy your baby.

Let me start by saying~ I take great pride in my work and I take
my ebay job very seriously. Look at my feedback and
you will see just how serious
I am.I really love what I do. I try to get
orders out within 1 day of payment.
But sometimes...LIFE happens. This is the part where I get real.
I AM HUMAN
Please don't expect things from me that you wouldn't expect from your local department store. I work A LOT but not 24 hours a day. If you pay for your order at 10 o'clock at night, please don't expect me to ship it the next day. Think of this as being a 9-5 type business. I think that's pretty reasonable. I'm saying this because, without going into detail, I get some demanding requests from people that I just can't fullfill. Like shipping things the same day they pay ~It's Tuesday and they forgot little Susie's birthday party is Friday. They want 4 custom items (meaning made especially for them
"RIGHT AWAY-SEND TODAY. I Just can't do it. I AM HUMAN.
I don't think I'm being unreasonable. Do you?
My shipping leaves my house every morning with my husband
when he goes to work. If you need something fast,
I will get it to you immediately, of course...
But be reasonable..I am human.
I have 3 small children and they are my number one priority. They are the reason why I have an ebay store. It's extra income for my family so my children 'never have to be without'. Having said that...My children get sick just like everyone else's which means I have to give them extra love and attention, which means ebay has to wait. If you have paid for your order, and I'm going to be late shipping (more than 2 days) I will always email you to inform you of the status of your items. In this case, I'll usually ship it 2-day priority at my expense. I must sound really cranky...lol. BUT ~I had one customer tell me that I need to be more professional and make my husband take care of my children so I can take care of my ebay customers.
Maybe I just needed to vent. Thanks for listening! Remember...I AM HUMAN.

Let's talk about my 'favorite' place...
THE POST OFFICE
I use paypal to purchase my postage. They provide a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION number. It is just that. A CONFIRMATION that your package was DELIVERED. Please to not confuse that with a TRACKING NUMBER. They are 2 different things. Also be aware that the mail carriers are not required to scan the packaged when they deliver them. Does this make sense? Um...no. But that's what the post office said when I phoned them. We take our packages INTO the post and drop them off. I feel more comfortable sending them that way. I really don't trust regular mail boxes. After this..I AM NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE! It is now up to the post office to deliver your goodies! Please ~Don't ask me how long it will take. I have no idea. I don't work for the post office. I don't even know if THEY know how long it'll take. USUALLY, it takes 3 or 4 days when the post office is doing their job...lol. But, I've had packages take 5 weeks within the US. If you want, you can request, and pay for,a tracking number or insurance. But honestly...that won't make your package arrive faster-or even guarentee it'll not get lost. I sent something 2 day priority that took 17 days to reach it's destination. With the post office...you just never know. Please know there is NOTHING I can do once your package leaves my hands. I understand your frustration. I'm constantly waiting for my supplies to arrive. I get very upset when things
get here late. But there's nothing I can do.
I'm at the mercy of the great post office.
