Due to PayPal and eBay policy changes which are effective on August 19th 2005, I have removed the personal account PayPal logo instructions from my "me" page. The eBay policy update announcement can be viewed at the following URL address...

Notice Date: July 14, 2005 Beginning August 19, 2005, if you sell on eBay and offer PayPal, your PayPal account must accept all forms of payment including payments made via credit card, regardless of whether you display the PayPal logo with credit card icons. You must have a Premier or Business PayPal Account or be willing to upgrade from a Personal PayPal Account to a Premier or Business Account if you receive a credit card payment. You may not communicate to eBay buyers (e.g. via your eBay item description) that you only accept, or will not accept, specific forms of PayPal payment. *** Start of seller's statement to PayPal after I filed a chargeback for the SNAD merchandise I received *** I do not understand why a chargeback has been filed. I received an email from PayPal on the 5th stating that this case was closed. Furthermore, the same email stated that PayPal only protects the buyers when items are not sent and not in the condition of said items. I do have a copy of the original listing of the item with pictures and a detailed description of the item. I also have copies of all emails exchanged between the buyer and myself where I fully explain the exact description of the item and where the buyer acknowledges them as well. I am assuming the buyer found a better deal on the net elsewhere and is upset because I won't accept her return. The item was sold as is with no returns. The item was delivered to the buyer in the same way it was sent out which is the exact same way it was described in many emails between the two of us. I do not have a fax machine but I will compile one email with copies of all emails and the original listing with pictures. Please tell me where I can send it to so that it doesn't get lost since this does have to be taken care of in a timely manner. I am very upset that the buyer is refusing to accept her purchase since it was sold as described and she agreed to it. I had to sell that computer and other luxuries to feed my child since becoming a widow a couple of months ago. I do not even have the funds available in the bank to remove the negative balance and can't afford to pay until PayPal would reimburse me after the case was closed and if it was in my favor. Furthermore, I am apalled that she has the nerve to file a chargeback yet she has never mentioned anything about returning the item and still has it in her possession (not that I will accept it back or want it for that matter). I am providing my personal cell phone number below. Please contact me at any time if I can help progress the case in any way. Please also tell me where I can email all copies of out communications.
