History: I have been in the Antique & Estate Jewelry business for over 20 years. I went to the Gemological Institute of America and became a Graduate Gemologist in 1985. My parents were also in the Antique business, so I started learning at an early age. I opended my first store when I was 18 years old, a few years later I decided to expand my busines and became partners with my sister specializing in fine antique and estate jewelry. After having children, I decided to give up the retail end of the jewelry business. For the last 10+ years my business has been in the wholesale end. Selling to dealers and doing jewelry/antique shows. I beleive my auction and ebay store price's reflect this. If I am able to buy something at a great price, I will sell it at a great price.
I am always getting new items in. I list new items each week on Monday & Tuesday nights and every so often on a Sunday. You will always find my auctions on eBay starting at wholesale prices with NO RESERVE! If you are looking for something special please e-mail me, I just might have it in stock or I can look for it during my travels and would be happy to list it on ebay. However, once I list an item on eBay please do NOT ask me to end the auction early. I will not do this. I hope you will be able to find something special!!

AS IS and there will be NO REFUND for AS IS auctions. I WILL NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. Any request for a refund MUST be made within 3 days of receiving the item. Layaway orders will be accepted for EBAY STORE ITEMS aka BUY IT NOW ITEMS.
Sales totaling $100 $500 Sara Jane Antique & Estate Jewelry will hold item(s) described below for a period of not more than 30 days with a 30% deposit or more, excluding shipping charges.
Sales totaling $501 - $1000 Sara Jane Antique & Estate Jewelry will hold item(s) described below for a period of not more than 45 days with a 30% deposit or more, excluding shipping charges.
Sales totaling $1001 $5000 Sara Jane Antique & Estate Jewelry will hold item(s) described below for a period of not more than 60 days with a 30% deposit or more, excluding shipping charges.
During this 30, 45 or 60 day period, said item(s) will not be displayed or otherwise offered for sale to the general public. Deposit must be received by Sara Jane Antique & Estate Jewelry within 10 days of order or item(s) will again be offered for sale to the general public. A deposit check that is returned for any reason will nullify this agreement and said item(s) will immediately be offered for sale to the general public and will be subject to my return check policy as stated below.
Layaways may be cancelled via email, with a full refund of deposit, within 10 days of order date. After 10 days, there will be no refund of deposit. Deposits made by check must clear the bank before a refund will be made. Deposits made by paypal will be refunded through paypal. Refunds will be mailed within 3 days of cancellation.
Upon receipt of a layaway order, Sara Jane Antique & Estate Jewelry will email a Layaway Confirmation which will include the ebay Item number, total amount with shipping and the due date for final payment. Please keep this confirmation for your records. As payments are received by Sara Jane Antique & Estate Jewelry, you will be sent Payment Confirmations which will show the total order amount, amount of payments received and the date received the balance due and the date for final payment. Please keep these confirmations for your records.
Any layaway not paid in full in the 30, 45 or 60 day period will once again be offered for sale to the general public, unless special arrangements have been made with Sara Jane Antique & Estate Jewelry. After the 30, 45, or 60 day period, if said item(s) have not been paid and no contact has been made, then the layaway deposit(s) will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
As always, all items purchased on layaway from Sara Jane Antique & Estate Jewelry may be returned for a refund as long as (1) item(s) are returned in "as sent" condition, (2) I am notified within 3 days of receipt that you intend to return item(s), and (3) item(s) are received by me within 5 days of return notification at buyers expense. I will NOT refund shipping charges. These returns, however, are subject to a 25% service charge due to the extended period of time that the item(s) were not available for sale.
Important Information:
When shipping I strongly recommend postal insurance, it is not a must, but suggested. On most items I charge a flat rate of $2.50 for first class shipping. I ship everything United States Postal Service. Their insurance rates are-

Multiple bidders: I am happy to ship items together for people who bid on more than one item. This saves you money in shipping charges. I allow up to 4 consecutive auction days for multiple bidders. This means you can bid on items on 4 different days and add up the total and pay one shipping charge.
