Hello and welcome to The Little Things Boutique. I am the proud wife of a retired U.S. Marine and mother to three wonderful children, two school-age boys and a little girl, born in July 2006. I was raised in Maine and attended college in Washington, D.C.  After college, I worked in the corporate world in Washington, D.C., and San Diego, California, for many years, enjoying all forms of needlework and crafts in my spare time. Shortly after my husband was transferred from San Diego to Michigan, I decided that, rather than return to the corporate world, I would be my own boss and pursue a more creative outlet.  The Little Things Boutique was opened in April 2005. As parents, we want nothing but the best for the care and comfort of our children.  I work hard to create well made items that are fun (for baby), functional (for mom and dad), at a reasonable price.  I use whimsical fabrics, soft chenilles, and a loving touch to create these items for you. Your satisfaction is important to me.  I make these items with the utmost care and attention to detail and do not sell anything that I would not use with my own children.  To that end, I guarantee every handmade item with a no-questions-asked return policy.
