What happens after I have paid for my
item?
Orders are normally processed each day Monday
thru Friday. Usually, if your payment is received
after 1:00 P.M. C.S.T. or on a weekend, it is
processed on the next business day. After processing
your order, we pick out the items you have selected
and prepare them for shipment. Once shipped (usually
within 24-48 hours of confirmation of your payment)

What shipping methods do you have available?
We ship our items with a variety of carries such
as USPS, UPS, and Fedex. All of our items ship

When can I expect my order to arrive?
After your order has been processed and shipped,
the shipment usually takes 1-6 business days to
deliver. If you need your item faster (or even
overnight!), expedited shipping is available at
an additional cost. Please feel free to contact

How much are the shipping fees?
The shipping fees for all of our products are
clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees
cover all shipping, handeling and packaging material

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Since we are a Nebraska company, we are required
by state law to charge 7.00% sales tax when shipping

Do you allow local pickup at your location?

What do I do if my package was lost or
damaged?
If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto
the merchandise and all packing materials until
advised otherwise by the shipping company. You
may call the shipping company Customer Service
to begin a claim with them. Please contact us
immediately as well. If your shipment does not
arrive when anticipated, you must also contact
