Return Policy & Guarantee:
PLEASE
READ: We offer a customer satisfaction guarantee or your money back. This
policy means that if the item is not as described
then return it for a refund. Grading jewels: we grade our diamonds and other
jewels fairly. They are not GIA or EGL certified, unless specified in the
auction. We have one grade color or clarity margin of error, because grading is
not an exact science.
If the PRE-OWNED item is as described, you may return
it for full refund less shipping. Some items will require 20% restocking charge, there are
no refunds on new items, if as described.
Please be aware of this at the time of purchase.
If the item is returned,
it must be returned in the exact condition as shipped with box and any other
papers or items that it was shipped with. If an item is resized or engraved, the
refund is void. If a customer would like to make a special order, the refund is
void. All of our watch movements are guaranteed for a year. If there is any
mechanical failure within that year (not including damage by the user), then
return it and our authorized watch repairman will fix it. If it is unable to be
fixed, we will refund or find a new watch for you.

Auction prices reflect
payment via Cashier's checks, Money Orders, Bank Wire Transfers, PayPal, Credit Cards
(Visa and Master Card only) & US
Personal Checks. Personal checks will be held for 10 business days before
shipment. All other forms of payment will be shipped out upon receipt or the
following business day. We also accept Paypal. International credit cards are
only accepted through PayPal. No exceptions. We reserve the right to hold
shipment to UNCONFIRMED or UNVERIFIED addresses until they are verified. Confirmed
or Verified address shipments will be sent out the with in 24 to 48 hours after
payment received and cleared.

All of our watch movements are guaranteed for two years (unless otherwise noted) by
Pacific Bay Watch. We sell only quality merchandise. All of our items are
100% authentic and/or as described, or you money back. We do not deal in replicas
or fakes. Only quality, genuine merchandise. California Residents ONLY, must pay 7.75% sales
