About Me:
My first name is Sarah. I am a full-time stay-at-home mom who loves sewing, spending time with her husband and two girls and surfing the internet. eBay is also one of my many hobbies that I enjoy. It allows me to have fun, meet new people, and earn a little bit of extra money at the same time. I've been selling on eBay since 2005 even though I've been a member long than that.
I started selling my school textbooks on eBay to help recover some of the costs. I have two certificates, so there were a lot of books to buy and sell! Now I enjoy selling things I get from family members, friends and things I find doing other hobbies. I only try to sell things I'm familiar with, so these are things I enjoy myself.
Business Practices:
Here's the most important thing I think you should know about me:
I'm going to treat you the way that I expect to be treated when I buy online!
I bought my first car on eBay, and I continue to buy things we need online looking at eBay first. I won't buy from someone who says they are going to have more than a 3 day handling time. I won't buy from some who charges more than $1.00 for s/h charges. I don't like reading long lists of buyer requirements and policies on an auction page when the item description is two sentances. And I rarely buy from some who only ships one or two days a week!
So here is what I promise to you:

I promise to ship the same day whenever possible but no later than the next day after your payment clears.

I promise to list items as accurately as humanly possible.

I promise to return your emails/communication within 24hours.

I promise to not to charge more than $1.00 in shipping and handling charges when neccessary to cover eBay/PayPal fees and packaging expenses.

I promise to resolve conflicts and problems in a manner in which both parties will be equally satisfied.
Here's what I expect of you:

Please treat me with respect. I will not respond to buyers who are rude, demanding or otherwise unkind.

Please pay for your items within 7 days. This is eBay's policy, not mine.

Please contact me ASAP if you have any questions, concerns, or problems. I'm here for you, not personal gain.

Please remember that we are all human and make mistakes. Be understanding when it happens and remember I will work with you to make it right!

Please don't ignore my efforts to contact you. Please respond promptly!
If your having problems paying, or your need extra time (be it three days or three weeks), please contact me. I am human, and understanding. Just let me know what's going on!
Return Policy:
In order for an item to be refunded, I must have made a significant error in the listing of the item. Sometimes this does happen when I get in a rush, or have to stop/start for whatever reason.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
There are two options for a refund.

A full refund will be issued upon return of the item. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to me.

A partial refund will be issued when the buyer sends photos of the "damage" or error to me via email. I also request that the buyer specify in that email a reasonable partial refund that they would be willing to accept.
When a refund is requested I will also file a cancellation request with eBay for a return of the Final Value Fees I paid to sell you the item. Please comply with the instructions in the automated email eBay sends you so I can issue you a full refund. If you reject my request, I will issue a refund minus those fees!
Shipping Policy:
If you make a payment before 3pm PST, then I will ship your item that day- Monday thru Friday.
I no longer ship on Saturdays as the local post office in my area is only open on Saturdays for "Will Call". If you urgently need the item, I can make a trip into the city to mail your item, but this is by request only. Thank you for your understanding.
Discounts:
If you have purchased from me in the past, and have received a card with your items, please enter the code on the back of the card in the "Messages" section with your PayPal payment and I will refund the discount to your PayPal account after the transaction has been completed. If you received a card, but no code please contact me prior to payment.
If you purchase more than 3 auctions from me in a single transaction then the shipping is free in the US. For international orders, your shipping is only $6!
