Payment
We accept PayPal, BidPay and regular money orders. These are the only acceptable payment methods at this time. Please do not bid if you cannot pay us with one of these methods.
Shipping
We charge exact shipping cost plus a small handling fee for all items. Your shipping fees include both insurance & tracking.
It takes us upto 4 business days to process and ship your item(s) out once we recieve the payment. We will notify you via email When we recieve your payment & when it has been shipped.
All orders except international will also recieve automatic emails with the tracking information.

• USPS Priority Mail
• USPS Express Mail
Our only International shipping service provider is:
• USPS Global Express Mail
Sorry, we do not use any other shipping methods in order to protect ourselves from fraudulent payments. If you do not want to pay for the cost of shipping internationally do not bid on our items.
You will recieve your item in an estimated 5 to 12 business days after we we recieve your payment. We will mark the item(s) as a GIFT and put the value at the final bid price. No exceptions Sorry!
Return Policy
30-day Guarantee: We will except returns on any item as long as the item is returned to us within 30 days of payment in the same condition it was recieved in.
Refunds & Credits Defective: A full refund of the bid price including to and from shipping will be given to the buyer upon receipt of package when shipped and returned via our Fed Ex or USPS account.

Non-Defective: A credit of the bid price only will be issued upon receipt of item. The credit will stay on file for use for 18 months. Customer Service
We have an automated response system that allows the most common questions to be answered by sending an email to our general email address. If your question is not answered in that response please use the alternate email address provided in the automatic response to resend your question. Please be sure to include your name, email address, item #, order #, if applicable and specific item style # and size you are refering to in all contact. We will respond to all emails with in 48hrs of reciept.

A. Yes we do except both online payment methods. The payment email address is shoeboxsavings@hotmail.com If you have a problem sending your payment let us know and we will send you and invoice.

Can I use any other shipping services than what is listed?
A. Yes you can however we only guarantee our products and our refund policy is only applicable if you use the services listed. If you choose to use a different service there will be delays in processing, possibly additional fees, and you will have to send an email agreement stating that you understand the risk and take all responsibility for your package once it leaves our offices.

A. No, we are only set up to accept the payments types that are listed on our Acceptable Payment methods page. If you send a check we will accept that but it will also delay your payment. We do not do escrow, western union payments or wire transfers.

I am sending a Money Order in the mail, what information should I put with it?
A. It is important that you include your name & address, ebay Item # or Order #, the style name and size, the bid price, shipping method/price & your ebay email address on a separate full sheet of paper.

Can I send CASH in the mail?
A. We prefer that you do not. However as with all payments sent in the mail you are responsible for them until they are received and we advise that you use insurance and tracking with your mailed payments.

Can I send a check in the mail?
A. We will not turn away any checks we receive in the mail, but they will delay your processing. We only take checks to the bank 1 or 2 times a week and then it takes 7- 10 business days to clear so you could be waiting almost 2 weeks for your item to ship out if you send a check.

What happens if my Money Order gets lost in the mail?
A. Refer to question #5, if you send a Money Order and it has not been received within 2 weeks of sending it. Contact your Money Order provider and cancel it. Then send a new payment. Please keep in touch with us and let us know what is going on so we don't send a non-paying bidder warning to ebay before you can pay us.

How long will it take for my item to reach me?
A. Please give the shipments a few days to arrive. It takes us 1 to 3 working days to process your payment. From there it takes 3-5 working days to receive your shipment from almost any part of the country. NOTE Payments received on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. We will send you an email when your payment has been received by us and again when we send your item out.

How do you package your items?
A. All items are sent in there original box inside a gray plastic sleeve.

Why did you request my contact information?
A. Don't worry there are at least 3 reasons why we would request your contact information. 1 We just want to make sure that the payment we received is from the same person who bid on the item since you used a different email address. 2. we may need to call you about a problem with your payment or 3. Your items is going internationally and the shippers want to know your phone # just incase the item gets lost or has a problem.

What happens if I don't pay for my auction right away?
A. It is Ebay's Policy to have the seller submit at NPBA (NON-Paying Bidder Alert) 7 days after the auction has ended if the bidder has not paid for the item. From there the bidder has 10 days to get the payment into the seller before a seller can submit an FVFCR (Final Value Fee Credit Request) Ebay has to refund the seller there final fees if the buyer does not pay for an item. There for ebay has a policy that if any person receives 3 FVF CR's then they will get suspended.

What is an NPBA?
A. The Non-Paying Bidder Alert Form is intended to be a workout period to help buyers and sellers resolve their trading problems. After you file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert, ebay will send an email to both you and the high bidder, advising the high bidder that you have notified ebay that the bidder is a potential non-paying bidder and encouraging the high bidder to complete the transaction.

What is an FVF Credit request?
A. An FVF is the Fee paid by a seller to ebay for the completion of the auction. When a buyer doesn't pay we contact ebay for a refund of those fees.

A. We will be happy to leave you appropriate feedback once we receive feedback from you. However since we do process a large # of payments we have set up all of our positive feedback with an automated system that leaves it for you once positive feedback has been received from you.
