How do I purchase an item? To purchase an item on eBay you either 1) need to bid on the item within an auction setting (and win the auction with the highest bid) or 2) click on the "Buy It Now" button in a fixed price setting. You will then be notified within 24 hours via email with instructions on how to complete the transaction.
What is your Shipping Policy? ShopTronics uses UPS for shipping orders. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days via UPS ground/standard services. UPS Ground/Standard - Routinely delivered within 3-7 business days. Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. All items are shipped insured. We only accept and ship to your "Confirmed" Paypal shipping address.
- All orders must be shipped by UPS (no pick-up) and deliveries may require signature for release.
- ShopTronics will only ship orders within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada through this marketplace. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can not ship UPS Ground and must Ship UPS 2nd Day Air/Next Day Air.
- ShopTronics does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Virgin Islands or overseas addresses through this marketplace.
- Shipping prices are fixed and can not be adjusted.
- To make alternate arrangements contact us directly before bidding or place your order at our ShopTronics website.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation by email including your tracking number and links to track your order on-line with UPS.
- We can not guarantee UPS delivery times and quoted delivery times are for guideline purposes.
What is your Return Policy? Return Policy: You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by ShopTronics within 30 days of order date (not delivery date) for a refund. All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories, cables and manuals. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number
(RMA) issued by us. A restocking fee will not apply if authorization is obtained. To setup a return for refund call us at 1.888.321.1110 (please have your order number ready) between Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. After 30 days returns will not be accepted.
Items damaged during shipping will be returned to us by UPS and will be replaced when the claim has been processed. All items are shipped insured.
Warranty/Defective Returns: All products sold by ShopTronics come with full manufacturer warranty. If you have received a defective item or wish to obtain warranty service for a product sold by ShopTronics, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly. Please refer to warranty documentation included inside product packaging for complete details. Products returned to ShopTronics for warranty service must be shipped prepaid. ShopTronics will return serviced products under warranty prepaid to the customer.
