All orders will be scheduled to ship within 1 to 3 business days AFTER our verification dept verifies and contests the validity of the payment information provided. What shipping methods do you use, and can I upgrade my shipping? We use UPS and FedEx as shipping sources. Yes, Shipping method can be upgraded for an additional fee. The defective item will be exchanged for the same model only if the return guidelines are followed: The item must be returned in all the original manufacturers packaging, including cartons, boxes, instruction manuals and blank warranty cards and copy of customer sales invoice. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number. Please place the RA number given to you by PhotoMania, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted. Replacement items will be exchanged within 10 days from the day the customer received the original item. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. No refunds.
