How soon can I expect my order to ship after it has been paid
for?
All orders will be scheduled to
ship within 1 to 3 business days AFTER our verification dept verifies and contests the validity of the payment information

If I live in N.Y. can I pick up from your retail location and do I have to pay N.Y.
taxes?
Yes, customers can pick up
merchandise from our retail location with at least 24 hours prior notification, so that we may prepare the order. Any pick up or shipping within
N.Y are subject to N.Y. taxes.
What if the reserve price is not met?
If the reserves prices are not met,
auctions are void and the high bidder has the option of contacting Photomania and asking what the reserve prices are. (Photomania reserves
the right to disclose the reserves on a case-by-case basis)

Do you ship to alternate addresses?
No, we only ship to the billing
address if payment is made by credit card or Paypal..If you pay by check, we can ship to anywhere in the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship

What do I do if I think there is a problem with my
shipment?

What if I hit the "Buy it Now" by
mistake?
All buyers are responsible for their
actions and are held accountable for the bid they have contracted.
What do I do if I no longer want the item I am bidding
on?
If a potential buyer is the current
high bidder on an item, he or she is held accountable to retract that bid before close of auction. If bid is not retracted and the buyer is the
winning high bidder, he or she is responsible to follow through with their obligation and purchase the item.
