the winning bidder, you are expected to follow through

transaction and complete your part of the eBay buyer obligation.

from the winning bidder is requested within 2 days of the close of

Delivery
Time:
Delivery
time is estimated at 3-5 business days from the shipping
date.
Most orders
ship out the day following receipt of your payment. You
will
receive a shipping confirmation email including a USPS delivery
confirmation number when your order is on its way to you.
4) Tracking
Information:
If the post office
scans the item you will be able to track the item along the way.
Unfortunately
most times they do not scan them in so the USPS tracking system will
only show
when the label was generated and when the item was delivered.
Shipping is
typically very fast, please see my feedback comments from other buyers.
5) Postal
Insurance: Insurance
is required
on all items shipped and is included in the S&H fee stated in the
listing.

International Mail has an
estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks depending on your

items are subject to delays by CUSTOMS in your country if they are
flagged for
inspection.

Customs
Inspection: All
items shipped outside the United States
will be required to go through customs upon arrival in your
country. Most items go right through customs with no delays;
however some items will randomly get flagged for inspection.
If an
item is flagged for inspection by CUSTOMS delivery time could be
delayed by an
additional 2 Weeks. Once again we have no control over this
process
so please be patient and rest assured that your item was shipped as
stated.
5)
Tracking
Information:
Tracking
information is only available on PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL Mail. It is NOT
available on First Class International Mail at this time. If you
choose the cheaper shipping method of First Class Mail, please do not
email asking for
tracking
numbers or tracking information, there is none!
6)
Postal
Insurance: Insurance is
required
on all items shipped and is included in the S&H fee stated in the
listing.
All items are shipped in crush proof new boxes and are packaged very
well. PLEASE
be aware that in order for us to purchase postal insurance we are
required to
state the exact VALUE of the item (Dollar Amount You Paid) on the
Customs
Declarations form, therefore you will most likely be required to pay
additional
duty, tax or customs fees when the item arrives.
7)
Insurance
Claims:
Our Insurance carrier
requires that we wait a minimum of 6 WEEKS before we can file a claim
on
International shipments lost or damaged in the mail. If a claim needs
to be
filed, you will be asked to provide us with a signed letter including
all the
facts. Once we receive the letter you will receive full reimbursement
and
then we will file the claim. In order to file an Insurance claim
we will
need the following:
- Item
Damaged in
Shipping
- Along with the returned damaged item we will need a signed letter
stating the
details. You must return the item within one week of receipt. If a
replacement
pair is available we will ship it out just as soon as we receive the
damaged
item back. You also will be reimbursed for the return shipping amount
via
pay-pal just as soon as we receive the item back
- Item Lost
in Mail
- Insurance
requires that we wait at least 6 weeks for delivery before filing a
claim. Once that time has passed we need a signed letter within
30 days
stating the item was never received. We will tell you exactly what
information
needs to be in the letter. Once we receive the signed letter we will
issue an
immediate full refund.

note that the
following conditions MUST be followed in order to return any item for
any
reason:
- The
item must be
returned within 7 days inside a sturdy cardboard box in the same
condition
as you received it including the factory box, all inserts, carrying
case,
paperwork, cleaning cloth, etc.
- BE
SURE to include a
note with the original transaction number, your user ID and the date of
purchase to expedite the return / exchange process. If you don't
include this
information with your return / exchange the item will be
delayed until you contact us.
Damaged
in
Shipping or Factory Defects:
All
Products are
guaranteed to be 100% authentic as represented in our listings.
Should
your item happen to be damaged in shipping, received
defective, or if
you received the wrong item we will be glad
to assist in the return and replacement of it as long
as we
are notified of the problem within 3 days of you receiving it.
Additionally, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving
it. A replacement item will be shipped out and you will be
reimbursed for
the return shipping amount via pay-pal just as soon as we receive the
item back
and we are able to verify the problem. If a replacement item is not
available,
a full refund of your payment will be issued.

Should
you receive an
item that does not fit or meet your needs we will now accept returns
for
unwanted items. The following terms will apply:
- The
buyer is
responsible for all additional shipping and handling charges on
returns/exchanges.
- Shipping,
handling and
insurance already paid is NOT refundable.

be a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise.
- No
restocking

long before my item is shipped? Fast!
Our terms state within 2 days of receiving pament, however most items
are shipped out the day
following receipt of Payment (excluding Weekends).
3. My
package is being shipped outside of
the U.S.
Will I receive a
tracking number? As
stated above, Tracking is currently available only if you purchase
PRIORITY Shipping, it is not available on
items shipped via First Class International Mail.
4. Will
I receive a tracking number if my
item is being shipping within the United
States?
Sort
of. We are
currently using USPS and what many people refer to as a tracking system
is
actually just a delivery confirmation system. Most of the time the
confirmation
(tracking) number will only show that the shipping label was created,
until it
is actually delivered.
5.
How
long will it take for me to receive
my item? Once
your item has
shipped, delivery times for the U.S.
take 2-5 business
days. International shipments via Priority Mail are estimated at 6 - 10
Days. With First Class it will take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks and
possibly
longer if the item is held up at customs in the destination
country.
