Circuit Repair, Inc. (SCR) is in the business of Ball Grid Array (BGA)
rework and repairing to component-level Apple logic boards and some IBM
System Boards. We have members on staff who have been in the
computer industry for over 30 years and many members with 10+ years
experience in computer repair. We're always striving
to expand our knowledge and capabilities as well as working to add new
products to our repair arsenal. We currently have a high-end
BGA rework station that allows us to remove and replace or reflow any
BGA chip on modern day circuit boards. We also have many
other pieces of technical equipment which allow us do perform most
repairs on these same boards. Please see our capability chart
below for the items we are currently working on.
We currently are only selling whole unit repairs to individuals for
Apple products on ebay under a secondary ebay ID of apples-r-us.
