(1) How much is the shipping and handling fee?

Shipping and handling fee is listed at each auction description. The fee applies to countries in the Europe, United States and Canada, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. If your shipping address is not in the above countries, please email me to quote the shipping fee before you order it.

(2) How do you ship the item?

This is an international shipment; item will be couriered from Hong Kong to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing. We will put the gown in a courier box. Steam press is recommended after international transportation.

(3) Do you have a catalog?

Yes, we have an online catalog in my Ebay store. Please C-all my styles in My Catalog .We don have catalog in hard copy. All my items are listed on Ebay. Please bookmark my Ebay store and check back often.

(4) Do you do wholesale or reorder?

Yes, all my styles and colors will be available at all time.

(5) Where do you sell your products?

We ship worldwide. Currently, we are shipping our dresses to countries in the Europe, United States and Canada, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. If your shipping address is not within the above listed, please contact me before buying.

(6) What the length of your dress? I am very tall (short).

(7) How many sizes are available?

All my dresses are available in a full size range from size 2-32. Please see the size chart in my auction. If you don't see your size, please contact me.

(8) My size doesn fall into any of the above size, what can you do to help me?

If your size is way off the chart and you need a special size within size 2-32, we can make the dress for you according to your own measurements. We do this as a favor, no extra charge. (9) Can I order a different color rather than just white or ivory?

Yes. We can custom make the gown for you in any of our 29 colors.

(10) Can you make the gown without a train or with a shorter train?

Yes, we can do that.

(11) I like your informal gown, but I want to have a train. Can you make the gown with a train?

Yes, we can do that.

(12) Can you make the gown in silk satin?

Yes. We can make 100% silk wedding gowns.
