Read our Checkout and Payment policies below for more details. Before bidding you as the buyer have checked the shipping for items and understand the costs. We are not perfect and do make mistakes but all items are represented and pictured honestly, any mistakes are just that mistakes.
We only accept Paypal for all payments. NO PERSONAL Checks. After checking out with Marketworks you will be directed to Paypal or our address will be given where to send a check. Paypal is a secure payment area where you can PAY with a credit card or an E CHECK to expedite your order. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of Payment unless we have a notice posted we are out of town above. It may take from 7-14 days from payment for orders to be delivered. All sales out of USA MUST use Paypal to pay-no checks of any form will be accepted.
After the end of each auction or Ebay store purchase you will be sent an email to pay from-wait till the last auction to pay. Additional purchases will combine for shipping and pricing. So you can pay for all at once-if you do not pay for all at same time shipping will not be combined. Wait until you are done with all purchases before checking out. All items for sale on Ebay have shipping-handling listed for USA, if it is to high please do not buy.
Please DO NOT pay directly through Paypal's website we need verification of address to ship to. Buyers will receive a Winning Bidder Notice Email normally within minutes of the auction close, eBay Store purchase, or Six Star Sales Markeplace store purchase. This email will include a link to our secure Check-Out System and you can add more items and designate an additional ship to address and leave us a note.
It will also confirm all shipping addresses to Six Star Sales. And if you do want the items shipped to a different location than your Paypal confirmed address it will let you do this. Shipping for items may be 1st Class-Parcel Post-Priority -UPS or a combination and can change with the item---posted shipping methods on checkout can change depending on the item as we cannot control what is bought by our buyers-some orders are sent with a different than posted checkout shipping method.
All shipments going to Lower 48 US states must use the Checkout e mail we send.
PLEASE!!! All orders to AUS-UK-Canada-Alaska- Hawaii- US Possessions-Please contact us before bidding . APO or FPO boxes are not available for us to ship to.
We love to sell out of USA but rates are different and higher for ALL foreign purchases. All foreign shipments will have custom forms attached-duty is the responsibility of the receiver. Not all items sent out of USA Postal can have tracking. It is sent at buyers liability.

I only accept payments through PayPal-where you can pay by credit cards or echecks- We also accept by mail money orders for USA purchases. Payments by Paypal are expected within 3 days of close of auction. Refunds are given when items are returned to us within 3 days of receiving with Pre-authorization and ALL MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKING with a 25% restocking fee within 7 days of authorization.
NO Battery items are returnable as we cannot honestly resell. ALL Items that are shipped free will have Shipping and Handling charges subtracted from amount paid before giving 25% return refunds as THERE IS NO REFUND OF SHIPPING FEES. Six Star Sales will file a Non-Paying Bidder notice for all unpaid purchases with Ebay. All shipments to California will be charged SALES TAX.
Items that are sold as seconds are just that seconds, not first quality and such they are discounted much more than the first quality of the same items, thus we will allow NO returns of any item sold as a second, i.e. NO Feathers can be returned or exchanged for a credit under no circumstances.
FINAL CHECKOUT Instructions---Do not checkout until YOU are done Buying.Yes you can buy more items in our Six Star Sales Main store during Checkout -IF one item you purchased is missing wait a few minutes for final e mail checkout with all your items.By not waiting for all items then the Clickout Procedure cannot combine all items -- you will be giving up the right to receive a combined shipping rate. PATIENCE. If you do not use the checkout and we have to send an additional Paypal there will be a charge for the additional PAYPAL. WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR PAYMENT
Notice to Buyers--Six Star Sales reserves the right to not sell any buyer who CHANGES, who lowers, the shipping costs on Checkout - We have the right to refund the Buyers money less 25% adminstrative costs of total fees paid. All electric cord items we sell are labeled with lead warning per California Prop. 65.
Optional Insurance--Is available for all ITEMS but has caveats with shipments out of USA. It is to cover Damage in shipping-proof must be sent to us. It is not for buyers remorse-or something is not what you thought it was.Not available for shipments out of US. It is only for damaged goods-Broken lights-cracked plastic items-etc. On the Electric and Battery lights we sell we guarantee that the lights are brand new. But lights are notorious for failing prematurely-or have a connection problem that may take a few minutes to fix-we cannot insure them that they will not malfunction, or that they will last for as long as you might like-only for breakage in shipping and we can request return of items before replacing-if nothing is found wrong then we can ship back the lights at buyers cost. Insurance may be through Postal-UPS or any other shipper we may choose to use. those that pay extra for insuring glass, there is a limit at Six Star Sales discretion on replacement amount of glass sent, we may refund price if we feel it is useless to keep sending replacements and they arrive broken. For all orders out of Continental 48 USA states there is no insurance available for breakage on glass items, only if order is lost. |
