Canadian Customers
Please note: Ontario customers must add 13% Sales Tax (5% GST + 8% PST) to 
all orders. Customers in the rest of Canada must add 5% Sales Tax (GST) To 
all orders.


Non Paying Bidders
Non-Paying bidder alerts will be filed against ALL non paying bidders regardless 
of circumstances. 


SHIPPING: 
You may wait on other items to combine shipping 
for up to two weeks from the end of the first auction. 
Shipping Cost is $6 shipping for the first, + $1 handling  
for each additional item.

Express Shipping is mandatory for all parcels over $50 (purchase price) 

Costs are: 
Canada and USA additional $6.50 for first $100 total + 
$1 per $50 above and beyond the first $100

Internationally additional $25 for first $100 total +
$1 per $50 above and beyond the first $100. 

Example: A package with 5 items with a total value of 
$250 (eBay ending price not replacement value) costs:

Canada & USA: $19.50 ($6 base + $4 handling + $9.50 Express)

Outside of Canada & USA: $38 ($6 base + $4 handling + $28 Express) 


Shipping Times:


Parcels are shipped within 1-2 BUSINESS days from the time the 
payment is received. Once parcels have left our facility, we 
have no control over the amount of time it takes for a parcel 
to get to you.  

Below is a list of the normal amount of time it takes to get
from our door to yours. 

Canada: 3-10 Business days
USA: 3-15 Business days
Western Europe: 5-30 Business days
Eastern Europe: 10-40 Business days
Africa: 10-40 Business Days
Asia: 10-40 Business Days
Australia: 5-30 Business days.

We understand that some of the high end times noted may seem 
long, most parcels do not take anywhere near the maximum amount of 
time to reach destinations but as we have been shipping to all the 
aforementioned destinations since 1999 we know that sometimes 
items do take a longer time than others, we have never been given 
any good reason by the post office for the delay of certain parcels 
while others arrive very quickly even when it is to the exact same 
address. 

All shipping prices include full insurance. 

Insurance can not be filed until 4 weeks after being sent within 
Canada or the USA and can not be filed for 8 weeks to all other 
destinations.

Please, if you do not agree with our shipping and handling charges 
do not bid as they are not negotiable and do reflect our actual 
costs to get a parcel  invoiced, picked, packed, insured and 
to you safely. 

Also note that this shipping schedule supersedes all others, the 
eBay shipping calculator unfortunately does not work properly with 
our shipping schedule because our shipping is the same for Canada 
and the USA but different for other countries. 


Please do not send payment until all your auctions are finished as 
we can not combine items paid for separately.


Sorry but for insurance reasons pick up is no longer available. 


We accept no responsibility for shipping errors related to 
incorrect shipping addresses, local taxes & agreements reached 
between the buyer & Post Office or FedEx to forgo the provision 
of a signature on delivery.

Terms and Conditions

7-Day Refund We stand behind our items.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied 
with our items, simply return the stones to us within 7 days of receipt
for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping/Handling and
services (Such as appraisals and sizing) are not refundable.

No Warranty
We provide our stones "as is" and without any representation,
warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.  We specifically
disclaim any implied representation, warranties of merchantable
quality, fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by
law or through a course of dealing or usage of trade, unless specifically
required by law.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we, officers or directors be liable for lost
profits or any special incidental, consequential, indirect or
punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our products.
 Our liability and the liability of our officers and directors
to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to
$100 Canadian.
