I have a collection of over 1,300 glass snack sets. That's about 200 boxes of 8 (sometimes 12) piece sets. I've got about 500, loose, 2-piece sets. Of course, there are many, many, many duplicates. One of the most FANTASTIC research tools ever invented, eBay provides me the opportunity to own (or at least study) items that I didn't even know existed.

From collecting and studying all this, it appears there's more than 200 different glass sets. At least, that's about how many I've seen (or own). BUT..... we keep coming up with more everyday! (Keep reading to see what I mean by "we.")

For almost five years, I wrote the glass column for a snack set newsletter. The publisher, Delores Long, concentrates on the ceramic (porcelain, china, pottery, stoneware, etc.) She's got well over 400 different, 2-piece sets.
