Q.How will you deal with items that are lost in the mail or never show
up?
A.Registered mail comes with small insurance. We will trace the packet
and if it is lost, we will try to refund(up to insurance limit).
Sorry but we cannot refund regular mail method in any cases. It is buyer's
risk.
Q.How will you deal with items that are damaged in transit?
A.Buyer have to ask post office. Regular mail never come with any insurance.
Registered mail comes with small insurance. We cannot accept return/refund.
Q.How will you deal with buyers who order the wrong item and wish to return?
A.We don't accept refund/retun.
Q.How will you deal with returns if the seller makes an error?
A.Basically we don't accept retun/refund in any cases. If it is our SERIOUS
mistake( for example "different item"), we accept return and
if it is true, we refund only item price. Never rufund shipping cost. Buyer
have to show us the evidence first. "Our mistake" is not included
postal troubles.
Q.Who pays for shipping on returns?
A.Buyer
Q.How much will seller refund?
A.Up to 6000yen. If the broken item was more expensive, we cannot refund
over 6000yen. you need more insurance, contact us before we ship the packet.
Q.How lond do I have to wat for refund?
A.it is depending on Japanese post. Sooner we get refund from Japan Post,
we will refund to your paypal account.
Other Policies
Packing
We pack articles as best condition as possible. For example, LP disc is
put outside of a record cover to prevent seam splits. We consealed the
disc&cover in the plastic record sleeve. Then, it's shipped by a LP
mailer box with aircushions very carefully. CD will be shipped with secured
mailer bag. All packets will be shipped as "GIFT" and "USED
LP/CD/EP" on the green custom sticker.
Questions
We cannot answer about track listing, lyrics, members, recorded times and such kind of other questions. our responce is not quick. Block List
Non-paying bidder will be added to blocked buyers list. Cannot bid our items any more.
