By placing your bid or doing a buy-it-now you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General  info.

• All questions about item have to be addressed before bidding and not after.
• If item is not as described we will either exchange or refund your payment including shipping.
• If item is defective we will exchange it. Refunds cannot be made available unless we can't replace the the item.
• If you need to return item for some reason we can accept back items in unopened ununsed condition. Shipping is not refundable.
• Opened hardware/boxed software or CD software which come with key codes or serial numbers cannot be accepted back.

Payment info:

• Paypal is preferred payment method. Buyer has to pay with confirmed address by paypal, credit card (visa, master, amex or discover billing and shipping address should match) and money orders or cashiers checks (item will ship when payment clears). You will have 10 days to make your payment by the above methods.
• You have to make sure that you can make the payment by the accepted methods before you go ahead and bid/buy the item. Paypal is preferred method for international transactions, so make sure that paypal is accepted in your country or at least you can pay by international credit card or western union before you bid.
• Paypal eChecks or money transfers take time and at times don't get logged immediately after payment is made or appear in paypal history causing delays. We suggest you send us an email at least 5 days after you make an eCheck payment or transfer so that we can manually check and make sure that payment was received and cleared. eChecks are like regular checks and take 5-10 days to clear, so we can ship only after the payment clears.
• We like to finish the transactions as fast as possible so avoid paying by personal checks to prevent delays. Personal checks take at least a week to process so please use that method only if don't mind waiting 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
• Buyers who send money orders or checks should write their address legibly and enclose a printout of ebay checkout  or at least mention item# and title.

Shipping info.

• Items are usually shipped by USPS with delivery confirmation (please note that this is not a tracking#). Shipments to APO address cannot be tracked or delivery confirmed (avoid requesting express mail for APO addresses). UPS shipping costs more which is available upon request and comes with tracking#.
• It takes upto 2 days for item processing and upto 1 week for delivery. Please give 10 days for delivery within US and 2-4 weeks for outside US including Canada. These are just conservative estimates (usually items are delivered faster).
• You agree to inform us by email if you don't receive the item in the above time frame and provide us with necessary information (shipping address, item# and paypal notification if you paid by paypal) to expedite your request. Note if you make a request without necessary information mentioned above we will be unable to respond or may take time to respond.
• Insurance is generally not included (refer to the item description) so we recommend you insure the shipment to protect it from loss or damage. You understand that if insurance is not paid and item gets lost or damaged you absolve us of any liability as long as we can provide proof that item was shipped by us.
• International Buyers: Except for Global Express mail all other International shipments are non-trackable and unless buyer pays insurance we can't accept liability in case of loss or damage (If this is not acceptable please select trackable shipping option). Both Domestic and Global Express mail are trackable and include $100 insurance.
• Shipping costs is not just the postage cost but also includes  the packaging, labor, stationary and service. If shipping cost is not acceptable do not bid or if you want discount on combined orders email us beforehand.
• Buyer has to make sure that the address they provided is confirmed and correct to avoid delays especially if express mail is requested.
