4) Ship time: All items are made fresh per order, we ship 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. Business days are every day except Weekends (Sat. & Sun.), Vacation Days & Holidays.

5) In Transit time: All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. We know how hard it is to wait for your goodies, if you believe that your order is taking longer than it should, first check the delivery confirmation number we emailed you, sometimes the P.O. will scan it intransit, which can give you an idea of your package progress.

6) No Returns: Why?
- Would you like to receive a product that was shipped to a previous customer, opened and then returned to us? No. Yuck.
- Is it financially & ecologically responsible to have you ship a product back to us just so we can throw it away? No.
- Would we ever shipped anything but fresh-made, brand new product to you? No way. Never.
So, due to the above reasons, we cannot offer returns, so please make sure you like a fragrance before buying it. We do offer low cost, sample size items such as 5/8 drams and 1 oz. massage, body and bath oils.

7) Replacement Policy: If you receive a damaged product, please send us an email and we will process a replacement immediately.

8) Fragrance Oil and Product Quality: I am very picky about fragrance and product selection and quality. When I choose to carry a fragrance, I only buy from my select group of trusted fragrance suppliers, because I know they have the best oils. For every fragrance I carry, I have rejected at least 5 others. When I choose a fragrance, such as Pink Sweets (Pink Sugar duplicate), I only buy it from the same supplier to maintain consistency, just because I found that the scent does sometimes vary between suppliers and I want to make sure you get the same exact Pink Sugar interpretation now that you bought two years ago. Also, when the product description says undiluted, full strength (such as the perfume roll-ons), I really mean it, I do not add any bases or fillers of any kind. We constantly rotate stock and if we are disposing more of a particular scent than selling it, it gets taken off our fragrance list. We hate waste but we refuse to send you anything less than 100% fresh products.

All our items are prepared in a pet-free, smoke-free, clean, sanitary environment. Our labels are not fancy, but are clear and descriptive. We are more concerned with the quality of the product that goes inside the package, rather than having you pay for decorative outside packaging. Our containers are always clear or frosted so you can see exactly how much product is left. All the product pictures are taken by me and show the real packaging and product you will receive.

Ship Time:

Because we make all our products fresh when ordered, our handling time (the mix, melt, pour, blend, packaging and labeling time) is 2 to 5 business days after receipt of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday and excludes postal holidays and vacation days.

So, if you pay for an order on Wednesday, the latest it could ship is the following Wednesday. If you pay on Saturday, the latest it could ship is the following Saturday.

Then you'll need to add in transit time which is based on the ship method you chose. Priority Mail is generally 2 to 3 business days, Parcel Post/First Class Mail is usually 7 to 10 business days for the 50 United States. International shipping intransit times vary depending on the country destination. We ship EVERYTHING with a delivery confirmation number or an international customs number, which is emailed to you the day your order ships.

We are far from perfect and sometimes run into product shortages from our suppliers, if so, your order could be delayed a day or two. Unfortunately, we can no longer sell to Germany based on their import restrictions.
