SongSharing is a growing non-profit organization that began in 1994 with volunteer musical visits to an area senior home. Over the years I encouraged more local musicians to get involved, and began seeking business supoort as a way to promote concerts that would feature these volunteers - a way of thanking them for volunteering...
We are now a 501c3 non-profit that is Making Music More Accessible with our 3MA program - this program encourages volunteer performances for area senior homes, rehabilitation centers, detention facilities and more. We engage local, regional and national touring acoustic musicians to take their show to audiences with limited or no access to traditional music venues.
