Sales Tax:
If you reside in one of the following states, where we operate a store location, we are required by law to collect sales tax, which is currently collected at these rates: AL 8%, CA 7.75%, CO 8.31%, CT 6%, FL 6.50%, GA 6%, IN 6%, MD 6%, MO 8.60%, MS 7%, NC 7.25%, NV 7.75%, OH 7%, PA 7%, SC 7%, TN 9.50%

Sales tax will be charged on all orders according to the information above. You can find a list of our store locations by clicking on the individual store names at the bottom of this page.

IMPORTANT Item Availability Note:
Many of the items in our eBay store are one of a kind. They may be on display in one of our retail locations. It is possible an item may be sold off the sales floor. We try to pull these from our eBay store as soon as we can, but in some instances there may be a delay. If you are interested in an item feel free to email us first before actually purchasing, to be sure it is still available.

AOL Users:
If you have AOL Spam Blocking set for your eBay email address, you will not receive our emails. You must add our email address to your accepted email list or check your deleted email folder.

Checking Out:
All purchases will be settled using the MarketWorks checkout system, no exceptions. Using eBay's "Pay Now" option will take you to our checkout.

You will receive an email with a secure checkout link at the conclusion of your purchase. Once you fill out your checkout page, you will be provided a link to PayPal to conclude the transaction.

Shipping & Handling:
S&H information is listed for each item on the detail page. Orders shipping via Federal Express include tracking and insurance. FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address. If FedEx is posted as the shipping method, then you must provide a street address.

Large Items that state S&H to be determined:
If there is no S&H charged posted for the item, you must email us after checking out, but before making your payment, so that we may determine your S&H costs and email a corrected invoice. If you pay before contacting us and the S&H is not correct, the order will be held until the remaining amount due is paid.

Multiple Purchases:
We will automatically combine S&H charges whenever possible. This may not be available on large pieces due to packing requirements or on items shipping from separate locations. You must checkout for all items in one transaction to have them shipped together and considered for combined S&H.

International Packages:
Buyer is responsible for all customs fees and taxes imposed on the item. Customs forms are filled out honestly and correctly for the purchase price and marked as merchandise. No exceptions. We are not responsible for delays or problems that occur with customs. Buyer will be responsible for contacting their local customs office if problems arise.
 

Office Hours:
Our office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST Monday - Friday. We are not available on weekends or holidays to answer email. Correspondence and shipping will be handled during office hours.

"Buy It Now" and "Fixed Price" items:
These items do not include sales tax or S&H in the fixed price. Buyers are still responsible for any taxes and S&H charges.

Payments Due:
Payment is due within 3 business days of the purchase date. If we have not received payment within that time we will file a "Non Paying Bidder" warning and begin proceedings to end the transaction without a sale.

Our Feedback Policy:
We leave feedback in response to feedback received. We do not consider a transaction complete until the customer has received and inspected their purchase, therefore we do not leave feedback upon receipt of payment.
Contact us via email to work out any problems you may have with an item purchased before leaving negative feedback.

Autographed or Collectable Items:
Seller unconditionally guarantees that the item being sold is authentic, as described in the Certificate of Authority issued by SpinStreet Gallery which accompanies the item; the guarantee extends solely to the original purchaser. In the event the item is determined not to be authentic, Seller will refund the entire purchase price. Any questions regarding the item should be resolved prior to bidding.

Returns:
If at any time the item purchased should be proven to be other than stated in the posted description, we will upon request, refund the full purchase price to the original owner provided that the work of art is returned to us in good condition. Our liability is limited to the above and no other warranty is made or implied herein. Returns will not be accepted without the original packing slip and COA certificate. Returns must be authorized in advance.
