SD is a young brand. Young brand with a strong personality.
Born in the Netherlands in 2008 to a mixed-breed, SD parents. Its roots are very international. SD is American,
Dutch, German, Australian, Japanese and more! Yes, SD holds many nationalities (but only one', strong personality
;).
Why is that? Because SD was born to serve an universal need; the need to be happy. The need to feel desired,
the need to look good.
SD believes that there's a need for a more accessible, sexy, trendy and affordable body
fashion and club wear for men. Whether you are in a small village in northern Finland or in a big metropolitan as

Our team is a true SQUEEZE.DOG from nature.
We
created SQUEEZE.DOG in order to fill in the need to feel SQUEEZY.
Our office and distribution hub is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Our team is multi national though: we are
Dutch, French, Austrian, Thai, American, Filipino & Israeli. Our factories and suppliers are located at different
parts of the world: they all speak SQUEEZE.

- We are career changers. Most of us are university graduates (some of us hold
post graduates degrees) but we decided to employee our skills and creativity in other ways (than serving big

Our challenges- eBay is a worldwide marketplace, geared towards the general public. SQUEEZE.DOG is geared
towards a certain portion of the population (mostly adults). We are therefore limited in the visual and textual
content we can attribute to our products sold on ebay.
- All our items sold are legal and safe for use.
However, ebay is occasionally considering some of the items as "miscategorized". We had several cases in the past
where eligible listing were removed due to a different interpretations of ebay's policy. We are working closely with
ebay safety and policy guard to ensure all our listings meet meet all the requirements for publication.

big majority of all our contacts and customers are excellent people! We are impressed by the good words, suggestions
and tips we receive regularly. However, SQUEEZE.DOG's outlet on eBay is exposed to a small group of private sellers
or individuals that try to interfere with SD's selling process by spamming our feedback system or by fraud. We are

What if the item that I purchased is the wrong size or if it is too big?
In case you are not happy from any reason, you can always return your item back and (1) exchange to another
item (if available) or (2) refund the amount paid for the item (excluding S&H). The condition is that you return
your item in an un-used condition, with original label attached the latest 30 days after sales has completed (from
purchase date). Please enclose the original invoice with your name and signature on it. The refunded amount will be
credited to your paying account and a confirmation will be sent.

I am Dutch, why do you communicate in English?
SQUEEZE.DOG is an international vendor with a strong global. Our customers come from more than 40 different
countries and speak different languages. Most of our customers can communicate in English as a second or third
language. In order to ensure a streamed lined business process, SD official communication Language is English. This
is why all official documents and communication is in English. Additional listing’s information in specific
languages may be added in the future as a service to our worldwide customers. Although the communication language is
in English, customers can feel free to write also in Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, Tagalog, Hebrew, Portuguese,
Thai , Japanese and Chinese.
I have noticed that the postage fees that I paid are different than the stamps or postage costs printed on the
package. Why is that?
Shipping and handling costs are quoted in the original listing’s currency. However, the actual postage is
expressed in EUR as we ship the items from our distribution centre in Holland.
The S&H fees include packaging, shipping materials and VAT. Therefore the sum of S&H is usually slightly
higher than the actual postage value.
I won one item! But I am currently bidding on another two items of yours. Can you combine the item and send them
together?
We will be happy to combine your items into one package. However we can not stock up items for longer than 3
days. We can combine purchases that have been completed within three days of your first win. All you have to do
is to notify us by email as soon as you place bidding for an additional item(s). In return, we will calculate the
combined shipping costs and will inform you about the combined shipment costs. Please note that above a certain
weight bracket (depends on the volume and destination as well), prices for more than one item can increase
considerably. We will do our best to quote the best possible price.
I won two items but I received two different invoices. Can’t you combine the invoices to one bill?
eBay issues an invoice per currency. It is unfortunately not possible yet to combine different currencies
into one invoice. All items purchased through the web store of eBay, should be paid separately. Customers who
purchase items directly from SQUEEZE.DOG (off eBay), might combine all their items into one bill.
Do I need to pay import tax when purchasing from your items?
All items sold on our eBay store include V.A.T (value added tax) and service charges. The V.A.T. charge for
the Netherlands is currently 19%. All items sent to individuals within EU countries are exempt from additional
import duties, as there is a free economical traffic within the EU. If you reside outside the EU, you should check
with your local authorities whether you should pay import duties upon delivery. The price does not include extra
charges or duties imposed by your local import authorities. All SD’s packages sent to NON EU countries are supplied
with the CN22 custom declaration form, specifying the nature of the goods and their value. As items are considered a
commercial shipment, the price must be specified on the form in EUR.
Are your products safe?
We take great care when selecting our items collection. All materials used are of the highest quality.
However, special cautious should be taken when using and wearing costumes and hard accessories. All our products are
intended for adult use and for novelty purposes only. It is highly recommended to wear full body costume and hard
accessories (e.g. mouth gags) in the presence of another adult and to follow appropriate safety precautions. Also, a
special caution should be executed when wearing or handling latex (rubber) wear as Latex is a flammable material.

Where can I find your ‘term and conditions’? Do I really need to read them; it’s kind of long and boring….?
As in every commercial purchase, some ‘rules’ are set to describe the conditions of the sale and the
seller’s condition. These terms are very important and can prevent the buyer and the seller unnecessary
misunderstandings regarding the transaction. The terms and conditions include useful information regarding the
return policy, guaranty and company’s information. Reading the terms and condition is compulsory prior to every
purchase, In case you forgot to read the terms and conditions, you can find a reminder to do so with every winning
notification you receive and on the invoice sent to you. By placing a bid on one of our items or buying it from the
store you acknowledge you have read the terms and conditions and that you accept them.
I am interested in one of your listings for a M size swimsuit. However my size is L. Can you send me size L if I
place a bid and wins this listing?
All our eBay items are listed by size and color attribute. In order to ensure a correct inventory
management, we can allow bidding or buying only the listed items. Each item number (or auction) corresponds to one
specific item. The size, for example, is published in the item description and often also in the auction title. We
will not be able to accept requests for a different size or color. If your item or size of choice is not available
at as a running auction, please visit our eBay store* and check our complete catalogue. If your cannot find your
desired item or need assistance, please contact us via info@squeezedog.com.
I am interested in one of your items which is listed in USD. Can I pay for it in EUR?
Our invoices always match the currency unit of the original listing won. If you pay through Paypal the
conversion will be calculated automatically by eBay so you can pay in your currency of choice. If you pay through a
direct bank transfer, we will accept payment in EUR only. The conversion should be made by the buyer upon transfer.
The conversion rate that should be used can be found at www.xe.com.
How can I pay for the items purchased?
We receive payments through Paypal account. Buyers can also send their payment through electronic bank
transfer to the following bank account details: Name: Halperin; Bank: ABN AMRO; Location: Amstelveen, The
Netherlands. Account number: 51.34.30.652. IBAN: NL23ABNA051343065. BIC (SWIFT): ABNANL2A. Please specify the item
auction number and your ebay member name.
I have noticed that you offer special Sales from time to time. Why is that? How do I know when is the next
promotion. In order to stimulate extra traffic and visitors to our store SQUEEZE.DOG releases occasionally additional
items to sales. Sometimes a special reduction in price or free shipping is offered. This is in order to reward our
loyal customers that registered to the store news letter and added SQUEEZE.DOG to their favorite seller’s list. We
