Satellite Radio Superstore was founded in May of 2003. Since that time it has grown to be one of the largest online retail stores for XM & Sirius Satellite Radio in the country servicing thousands of customers a month. Increasing our product offering has been a main focus and we pride ourselves on having one of the largest selections of XM & Sirius Radio equipment on the internet today. We are an authorized online retailer for both Sirius & XM Radio selling many top name brands such as SONY, Delphi, TERK, DEI, Pioneer, and more. Our goal and company mission statement is to provide the highest quality customer service and support to our customers on a daily basis. Payment policy We only accept:  PayPal with U.S. billing addresses that is paypal confirmed. No exceptions can be made.

Shipping information We DO NOT Ship to Alaska or Hawaii. No exceptions. Most orders in which payment has cleared before 12PM EST will ship the next business day. If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the next business day, and your checkout has been completed, the order will be shipped within 3 business days from the date of the order. Most orders in which payment has cleared on Friday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day. All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser. Saturday delivery is NOT AVAILABLE. There is no Saturday delivery even for overnight shipping options. Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receipt of any merchandise. This is verified through UPS & FedEx electronic tracking logs. THERE WILL BE NO CANADIAN ORDERS. If an order is placed and a Canadian Ship-to is used: the order will be cancelled, the
