Turn Around Time
If payment is received before 9 AM Pacific Time, your purchase will usually be shipped the same day. PayPal, Postal Money Orders or Walmart Money Orders received after 9 AM Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day, weekends & holidays excluded.
Personal checks are accepted through PayPal ONLY: Paying with a personal check via PayPal is normally faster & more convenient than mailing a money order. When you send a check via PayPal it usually clear in 3 or 4 days. This will save you the cost of a money order, the cost of postage & a trip to the post office! :o)

Continental United States: All of my auctions will either have a shipping calculator or a fixed shipping price so you will know exactly how much you will pay for shipping. ~ NO Surprises here!
Win More Than One Auction: We automatically combine shipping costs when ever possible. Just let us know when you have finished shopping & we will combine your purchases into a single statement. If you do not receive a payment notice with your shipping costs combined within 24 hours, please let us know & we will send it again. UPS SHIPPING ~ Things to keep in mind
- UPS automatically included up to $100.00 of insurance, so you package will be insured, up to $100.00 for no additional cost.
- UPS normally is right on time with deliveries ~ 99.9% ~ VERY IMPORTANT at Christmas time & for last minute gifts!
- UPS also includes tracking at no additional cost. You will be able to track your package on line as it travels from our house to yours!
- Don't like shipping via UPS because no one's ever home?
If the boss doesn't mind, we will be more than happy to ship to your business address.
Rush Orders: Need your package right away? Next Day, Second Day and Third Day service is also available at a higher cost. UPS INSURANCE RATES
THE FIRST $100.00 OF INSURANCE IS AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING COSTS.
ADD $.50 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL $100.00 OF INSURANCE.

When you pay via PayPal, we automatically provide USPS delivery conformation on all USPS Priority packages at no extra cost to the buyer.
USPS Parcel Post
When you pay via PayPal, we automatically provide USPS delivery conformation on all USPS Parcel Post packages at no extra cost to the buyer.
USPS Media Mail ~ BOOKS ~ AUDIO & VHS TAPES ~ CD's & DVD's, etc.
Normally ALL books, tapes, movies, etc. with be shipped via Media Mail unless otherwise stated. Media shipping takes about 10 days but it really saves on shipping costs for this type of item. If you prefer a different method of shipping, please let us know & we'll send you the correct shipping cost for the method of shipping you select. Tracking is not automatically included in Media shipping. If you would like to have delivery conformation on your package, please let us know & add 20 cents to the cost of shipping.
Insurance Options
Insurance is optional for items under $50.00. We prefer insurance on all purchases that exceed $25.00 but we leave that to the buyers discretion. Placing insurance on your purchases not only protects us but it also protects you and your money. If you elect to have your package shipped without insurance it is your loss. We can not be responsible for the carelessness of the carrier.
When you pay via PayPal, we automatically provide tracking on all USPS Priority & Parcel Post packages at no extra cost to the buyer. We do this in an effort to assure that packages do not get lost. To date, we have shipped thousands of packages & only 1 has ever been lost in transit.
IMPORTANT: Below is a USPS Insurance Rate Chart. We have found that frequently, where someone has purchased several different items on eBay, the shipping & or insurance do not always calculate properly. It may show the cost of insurance at $7.00 or $8.00 on items totaling less than $50.00. The chart below is correct. If your purchase shows a ridiculous insurance cost or shipping cost, it is probably wrong. We go in and manually correct these when we see them but if we miss it, PLEASE do not hesitate to ask, preferably before you pay & we will be more than happy to correct shipping & or insurance costs. If you have already paid, PLEASE, still let us know & we will correct the error when we access PayPal to process your shipment. We do not try to rip people off with excessive shipping charges.

Alaska & Hawaii:
Normally all of your packages will be shipped via USPS. The cost for UPS service to your area make this service pretty much prohibited. We will take extra care in packaging your items to assure that they arrive safely. If you have any questions, PLEASE feel free to e-mail us.
Shipping Outside of the US???
Normally, we only ship within the United States: If you live outside of the United States and there is something you are really interested in, before bidding, please let us know what country you live in and what item(s) you are interested in. We will let you know if it is something we would feel safe in shipping and what the shipping costs will be so that you can take shipping costs into consideration when bidding.
Packing & Handling Information
PACKING & HANDLING!!!
All Packages are professionally packed. We have over 20 Years of packing and shipping experience. We use a lot of styrofoam, peanuts & bubble wrap to assure that your package will arrive safely. Over the years, we have shipped china, crystal, antiques, collectibles & electronics. We have nearly a perfect shipping record. To date, only 1 package has been lost in transit. We try to calculate shipping as close as possible. Our general rule of thumb is if you pay more than 50 cents over the cost of the actually shipping cost, you will receive a refund. If you pay less than 50 cents over the cost of the actually shipping costs, we toss it in the kitty to help pay for bubble wrap, peanuts, tape, etc. On some china, pottery, crystal & glass items, we do charge a $1.00 packing and handling fee to help defer the cost of packing materials. This is automatically included in the shipping total. If shipping costs more than what you actually pay, and it does happen, the extra shipping costs are on us.
Arizona ONLY! ~ State Sales Tax
All Arizona winners will be charged 6.1% state sales tax. (.061) We are a licensed business & are required to pay sales tax on all purchases within the state of Arizona.
