Winning Bidder Notifications

If you've won one of my auctions, you will receive an automated notice from me stating who to pay and where. It will include an easy to use Paypal link if you wish to pay via Paypal. It will also provide you with an address should you wish to mail your payment to me. But you don't have to wait for this email confirmation before sending payment. Simply add the final bid price to the shipping charge noted in the auction description (include insurance if desired), and send your payment via paypal to blueberryapple@yahoo.com.

Feedback Return

I return positive feedbacks to all my customers so an email reminder to me is not needed. :) This is usually done 2 or 3 times a week all at one time using an automated software that detects the positive feedback left for me. Please email me if you are not satisfied with your product. Anything can be worked out. Neutrals and Negatives received will be returned with the same rating.

Mailing your Payments

I often get mailed payments from my customers with no Item #, Ebay name, or even a description of what they bought figuring that I can figure it out by just a Name and Dollar amount. Due to the volume of customers I receive, that's a really big feat. I usually have to end up writing them a letter asking them what they bought. I couldnt even send a email to them because I have no idea who they are! So please remember to at least put down your Item # on your payments! Thanks so much!!

Shipping Schedule

I ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your payment. I buy delivery confirmation on every package. Insurance is optional but always recommended. If you do not buy insurance, I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If you have any concerns regarding your package, please send me an email. If you paid with a personal check, I may have to hold it until the funds clear the bank. Don't like the wait? Use Paypal or Money Orders for IMMEDIATE shipment!

Insurance

I would strongly advise purchasing insurance on your winning items since I cannot be held responsible for LOST or DAMAGED items if insurance is not purchased. This applies to all my auctions.

Proof of Mailing

If you have concerns with your package, please email me. I keep all post office receipts, insurance slips, and delivery confirmation numbers on file for proof of mailing. I am an honest seller and will not take your money without mailing your package to you.

Important note: If the delivery confirmation says that your package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible if you claim that you have never received your package. Even if you have bought insurance, the post office will not reimburse us for a lost package because the tracking will state the time and date of delivery.

Remember to check back often for huge cosmetics lots up for auction. They always have really great 'buy it now' prices too!

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received. Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
