Shipping is by U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation or as listed in Description. Insurance is Optional (recommended for your protection - we pack items safely but we cannot guarantee it will get to you in one piece) delivery time depends on how busy the post office is.

COMBINED SHIPPING: I do combine shipping on items that go off within the same 24-hour period if possible. Some items CANNOT be combined, this also will be in Description.

FREE SHIPPING & FIRST CLASS SHIPPING: Seller understands that Buyer not to be held responsible for item after it leaves Buyer's place. Flat Rate Priority is available at current rates, your option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I do ship International and Canada and Mexico, Buyer understands that some countries tack on surcharges, these surcharges are not figured in shipping costs. I DO NOT ship GIFT items this is postal regulations not mine, so do not ask me to. Seller not responsible for condition of arrival on shipping outside U.S.A. Insurance is optional in some countries.

I give FULL REFUND minus my shipping and your shipping cost. Item MUST be returned to me within 4 days after our last email, in same condition as received by you. If item was damaged in transit and you DID NOT pay for insurance, sorry I cannot accept responsibility for delivery persons and return of item.

RATING BOOKS, COMICS, SPORTS CARDS etc.: I do not rate items if I said it was Mint or near Mint, you would say it wasn't, so these items are sold as described in description. Differences of opinions do arise on these items. Some would say it is White, someone else would say Black, that is how we are in nature. I do rate Milk Bottles, I am somewhat knowledgeable in this field.
