• All items are guaranteed to be 100% authentic or your money-back.
• Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping and handling cost.
• Process time is within 3-5 business days after payment is received and cleared.
• Sales Tax - If item is to be shipped to a California address, a sales tax of 9.25% will be charge to the total amount at checkout.
• International buyers are also responsible for any import fees and/or customs duties and taxes, as applicable for that destination country. International buyers are required to check with their local custom or post office before purchases to find out what these import fees and/or customs duties and taxes will be charge to buyer when order is deliver.
• 15 days after receiving the item for an exchange or refund. Please contact us before sending returns.
• Exchange are limit to one exchange only per order and will be issue store credit of original purchased.
• Return items must be ship back with all packages, new condition, and ship using a trackable shipping carriers. We are not responsible for lost or damage package during shipping.
• Any watches and sunglasses that has been worn or sizing WILL NOT be accept as return.
• Item with warranty will be cover by us for 1 year from date of purchased, please keep all invoice as proof of purchased.
• Closeout and Discontinued items does not come with warranty and will have a 15 days from date received for returns.
• 15% restocking fee for all returns for refund.
