Sunnking's 100,000sf Facility
Sunnking's Facility located in sunny Brockport, NY has mulitiple bays to handle large volumes of equipment going both in and out. We are very proud of our facility and welcome any potential customers to visit and inspect our process at any time.
• When will I receive my item?
- After we receive payment and process it through our system, we will ship out the purchased items as soon as we can with UPS (our exclusive shipper). Items ship 24-48 hours after payment is received. If sending payment by Money Orders, Cashier Checks, or Bank Checks - we will not process the item until payment has been received.
• Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, but make sure that you lookup the shipping charges by clicking here to get an estimate. Be sure to consider your own country’s duties/taxes as we are not responsible for them
• Will you end the auction early?
- Sorry, no we will not end the auction early, the auction is to allow everyone the opportunity to purchase the item at the best possible price.
• Will you accept less than what the auction is listed for?
- the auction price is set to the lowest possible price from the start of the auction and can not be reduced any lower. In the event that the item does not sell, we return it to our store for retail sale.
• Will you sell me the item outside of eBay?
- any item listed on eBay for sale must be sold through eBay.

• Why didn’t I receive my UPS tracking number?
- If you did not pay with Paypal or your email provided for UPS is not valid you would not get a UPS tracking number. Please go to www.ups.com and use the eBay item number as the reference number to track the package. You must put a .0 on the end of the reference number for success. i.e. for eBay item number 1234567891, you can track it via UPS with this number: 1234567891.0.
• How do I pay?
- If you are the winning bidder after the auction has ended, then you should receive an automated email containing a link. The email will contain a link to pay with PayPal to checkout, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. - We offer a variety of new and quality used items for auction, it is always stated in the auction if the item is new or used.
• Do you offer technical support?
- No, we do not offer tech support. If you plan on bidding on the item, make sure you have the technical knowledge and the expertise to properly install and use the item listed. Damage caused by improper installation and/or handling is not covered under any warranty implied or other wise.
• Do you offer Buy It Now pricing?
- Only if the item has ZERO bids on it when you contact us. Of course the price offered needs to be sufficient.
• Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?
- Yes, once your item is shipped you will be sent an automated email with the tracking number. Please do not contact us for shipping number since they are automatically generated by the carrier and sent to you directly.

Why this type of Warranty? Sunnking Inc, is an Electronics Recycler selling used surplus equipment to the eBay marketplace. Among the thousands of old 486 computers that we recycle, we also see a lot of unique items that are great for eBay. Because the range of equipment is so large (computers, test equipment, lab, and medical equipment to name a few), we do not always know what we have. We do as much research about each item as possible and try to know a little about a lot of things. With regards to testing items, we may not always be able to or do not have the resources at our facility to verify the functionality status of certain items. A lot of the time, a simple power up test is all we can describe. We therefore rely on you, the customer, to know if it will work for your application as well as technically support the product. We ask our Technicians to describe an item to the best of their ability and provide as much information as they can. Obviously, information can be missed, and we are always happy to provide additional information upon request during any auction.
Warranty Description: Sunnking guarantees all of it's auction items to be as described. It is our guarantee that if you (the customer) can verify the product was not "as described,” a full refund will be issued upon return of the unit to Sunnking. Our products are listed based on two major descriptors, Physical Condition and Working Condition which are defined Here. If you receive an item that does not match either the Physical Condition or Working Condition, the product may be returned for a refund.
Refund Process: Any customer seeking a refund must take the following steps:

Upon receipt and inspection of the item (make sure the item is packed sufficiently as we are not responsible for damage), Sunnking will refund the total amount paid to us for the item including shipping and handling. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.

For all United States ground packages (Lower 48) and all International packages, Sunnking utilizes shipping service exclusively with UPS. Due to company policy we do not ship on other UPS accounts. Sunnking ships freight out bound items exclusively with Yellow Transportation. We will not alter our freight shipping methods for any reason. All freight shipments will be sent to the Yellow Transportation Service Center nearest to your location. for most of its orders. With "Foam-in-Place", a simple
cushioning and bracing process is ideal for a variety of items with changing shapes and
sizes. This process will ensure that our customers receive products undamaged. Sunnking
uses other proven packing methods when Instapak® is not suitable to ensure your package arrives
safe and sound.
