Shipping Terms

All payments made are reconciled and typically shipped within a 24 hr. period with the exceptions of weekends.

US Domestic Shipping

**Prices are for the first items only. Each additional item is $2.95 for shipping

**Note: Overnight shipping is ONLY available for shipments going out Monday - Thursday. There will be NO overnight shipping Friday for Saturday delivery. Payments made over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

**Additionally, all shipments sent to a P.O. Box, Hawaii, or Alaska, must be sent via United States Postal Service. We cannot send with UPS.

   Orders generally ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

 Closed for the week between Christmas and New Year, and week of July 4th.

  Tracking SuperJeweler ALWAYS emails your tracking number when your shipment goes out!

**$2.95 per each additional item
International shipments are $15 for USPS, and $2.95 per each additional item. This is the cheaper of the shipping options, although USPS does NOT provide a tracking service that can track the package ones shipped. SHIP USPS AT YOUR OWN RISK. Superjeweler now provides shipping via Fed-Ex which is trackable.

We are now shipping UPS ground to Canada. This is great option that provides a tracking numbers as well. Cost of shipping is $15 for the first item and $2.95 per each additional item.

**$2.95 per each additional item
All international shipments going Fed-Ex are a flat fee of $35. Additional items are $2.95 per item. We prefer to ship via Fed-Ex, as this secures both parties. This service provides a tracking number.

Return Policy
Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. That said, sometimes customers change their minds or are not happy with their purchases. Unfortunately, due to high eBay charges, SuperJeweler charges a 10% restocking fee on all auction returns, both $1NR and Fixed Price purchases.

Return Options:

SuperJeweler is HAPPY to trade the item you don’t like for an item that will make you HAPPY! Just send your item back to SuperJeweler and we will make the replacement.

SuperJeweler accepts returns for either exchange or refund for 30 days from the end of the auction. You MUST include a copy of your invoice in your return shipment. If you don’t, we won’t know who to refund or how much!!!!
