Thanks for your interest in my auction. I ask for your understanding of my situation. I am currently
selling my music collection of over 50,000 items by running a daily auction on ebay of around 200 items
with about 20 new items added daily. With so many items up for auction my e-mail is sometimes 40-50
letters a day. Because of my other jobs.;it is becoming extremely more difficult to answer each letter personally, as much as I would love to , so I thought
I would try this form letter to answer the most frequently asked questions. I would love to sell a large number of
records to a fan of 1 artist but my collection is mostly in boxes in random order which means hunting for one record or one artist would take weeks. Condition is extremely important, but from years of collecting I've
learned than are many opinions on what constitutes say VG or VG+. I find it easiest just to offer a 100%
guarantee of satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. I offer a full refund. I f you
look at my feedback you'll see my customers saying record was as advertised or better than advertised. If
a record has seams splits or other major problems I'll say so but I don't have time on each record to state if there
is a one sixteenth inch tear on the left seam etc. or some other minute detail. I also unfortunately don't have time to give track listings on each album however I understand there is a website that does. Since I am a one man business not a mail order house e-mailing everyone when payment arrives is impossible-I ship wednesday mornings 7:30 A.M. Please try to wait 10 days before asking for a status report..I have about 200 feedbacks to comment on every week so I don't give feedback immediately but will monthly.
