I ship out Monday thru Friday. I process orders by order of payment, so your order can easily ship the same day you pay, or the next business day after that, etc (all depends on how many orders I have to process!)

About Me
I am Tamra, and this is my "About Me" page.
I started designing and creating jewelry more than 30 years ago, and it's an ongoing flow of designs :)
I have worked professionally in the jewelry business for many many years, and strive to offer my customers
the best quality at the best price. I hand pick and/or create all my jewelry and beads, and offer 100%
satisfaction.
I live and have my studio in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, which is on the Gulf Coast. I've been a Florida
girl for most of my life! I have a staff of people that do most of the actual charm and finding production
work for me, leaving me free to market the jewelry designs, as well as develop new designs.

All of my handcrafted jewelry is unique ~ all original and exclusive designs that are crafted with attention
to the power and purpose of the materials used. Extension chains can be added to most of my handcrafted
work if need be, and if you need a design shortened, just ask!

And, VERY important for many of you....unlike most of my competition/contemporaries/fellow sellers,
and many are my friends and wholesale customers, I don't just sell on eBay. (Boy do I envy them the luxury
of just doing auctions...sigh....) I also own and operate a wholesale business, manufacturing,
distributing, and importing.
And in my spare time, I breed and raise purebred Arabian horses.
And play in the SCA.
What this means to you, as a buyer, is that when you email me, I may or may not be sitting at my
computer, ready to immediately answer your questions. I do my best to answer all of my email daily,
but sometimes it may take a little longer, depending on what's going on! I value all of my customers
very much, and rest assured that I will get back to you, but it may not be immediately :)
FEEDBACK
PLEASE if you have a problem with a purchase, don't hop in and leave me negative/neutral feedback
until we've tried to work the problems out! So please, at least give me a chance to make things right.
One glance at my feedback will tell you that I am not the sort of person that is out to rip you off. But while you're here and reading...I AM NOT PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS made by the USPS, or any online payment services, LOL! :)
Payment Info and Terms
METHODS OF PAYMENT: I accept PayPal payments.
ALL overseas/Non-US purchases must come via PayPal, via a confirmed account.
FLORIDA RESIDENTS MUST ADD 7% SALES TAX TO ALL PURCHASES
NON PAYING BIDDERS: After 10 days, I will file a non-paying bidder alert with eBay, so please, do try to be
prompt with payment, especially those of you using snail mail.
RETURNS
A refund will be given if within 3 days of receipt you are not satisfied with your purchase. (All returns
must be authorized, and no later than 3 days after receipt. Refunds will not include shipping charges.)
Shipping Information
SHIPPING: Standard shipping is via USPS First Class Insured with Delivery Confirmation Mail.
Unless otherwise noted, U.S. Shipping/Handling/Insurance charges average $2.50 for jewelry and other
small items. Insurance packages is purchased through PIC Insurance, NOT the post office!
As per their requirements, your package will NOT arrive marked "insured", but, it still is!!!.
Please be aware that I can not be held responsible for ANY uninsured package lost or damaged in the mail,
and therefore I do not offer non-insured shipping.
IMPORTANT: If you qualify for free shipping (combined orders or items over $50) you must email me for a
total before you checkout or send payment. If you do not do this, and the system happens to overcharge you
for shipping (likely to happen) The flat rate charges are when ONE payment is made, I do not do refunds
for shipping overpayment (I get charged extra fees for every transaction).
International Shipping is via United States Postal Service First Class Air Mail, WITH insurance included.
Canadian shipments are $4
All other overseas are $5.
AGAIN I WILL COMBINE ALL PURCHASES FOR THE SINGLE SHIPPING RATE.
ABOUT SHIPPING and INSURANCE:
I have searched long and hard for a fair shipping insurance company. When you buy from me, even if the
package shows delivered in the USPS system yet you did not receive it, we are still covered for the package.
(up to 45 days).
I use electronically generated Delivery Confirmation. While this method makes it much faster for me to
get your package out, this means that your package will probably not be scanned until it's at your door o
r if we're lucky has arrives in your City. Delivery Confirmation does not work as a tracking number,
99% of the time.
If your package goes missing, please contact me, and comply with the requirements for a signed
statement that the package never arrived* and I will either upon receipt of the FAXED letter with
your signture replace your item or send you a refund!
(*signing off that you did not receive the package when you actually did received the merchandise
constitutes mail fraud, a federal crime!!)
I ship internationally to most destinations, and to all APO FPO addresses. I am very proud to support
our military personnel, and all packages shipped to APO and FPO addresses are of course fully covered
via insurance. I would not consider offering less to the people risking their lives while I sit
comfy at a computer in the US of A! Military folks, thank you so much, and anything that is lost
will be replaced as usual (or refunded if they are one of a kinds).
OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO: Well, lots of people ask, but no, sorry, we will not mark packages
as gifts to help you avoid paying duty or customs fees.
