Due to a large number of emailed tracking numbers being filtered and
not arriving, we have discontinued this service. If your order seems
delayed or you would like to special request your tracking number,
please call (717)653-2700 ext 0. Please do allow 5 to 7 business days
for your item to be packaged, shipped, and delivered. Additional time
may be required for oversized or combined orders. Your ebay item
number and payment date are needed to process your tracking number
request.
How to Pay For an Item:
PayPal payments are preferred, but we can also process many credit cards by phone and certified check or money order by post. After the auction completes you will soon receive an ebay invoice. Send PayPal payments to tcwsellers@tcwcomputers.com. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover by phone. Please call (717)653-2700 ext 0 (9am-4pm EST). To send certified check or money order make payments out to "TCW Computer Systems" and mail to Ebay Payments, TCW Computer Systems, 254 S. Esbenshade Rd., Manheim PA 17545. Make sure to include the ebay item number.
