These are not the rules below, they are just a few things we think you want to know before you place a bid. You are 100% satisfactory is our goal : )
We reply to any questions very quickly always, if you didn't get our reply shortly please email to michellesgiftstore@gmail.com directly. We don’t always check email on weekends and holidays.
1. Shipping Cost.
Shipping/Handling (S/H) includes all costs we incur getting a product ship out. This includes shipping, handling, securing package, packing material, Taxes and a reasonable handling fee to cover the time and direct costs associated with shipping and any other fees. For international transactions, you may also be responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as requested by country laws. Please make sure you agree to this BEFORE you place a bid.
2. Combined Shipping.
Combined shipping discount available on most of our auctions. only $3.99 shipping for each additional item.
3. Negative Feedback.
If you are planning on leaving negative feedback please be sure to check with us before hand. We do make mistakes occasionally but would always like the chance to make it right.
4.Carrier we ship with.
We ship using Canada Post ( http://www.canadapost.ca ) only. If you require expedited shipping please let us know and we will be happy to make arrangements.
5. Return Policy.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive the wrong item, a damaged item or an item that is clearly not what you bid on. Send it back and we will issue you a refund or exchange after we receive it.
6. Item not delivery.
We cannot control the time it took you to received the item, you shouldn't hold our responsible for delays in mail services, international custom delays or for the time it took for your payment to clear. Most of items ship out within 24 hours or 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.
it sometimes takes up to 12 days to Canada and United States customers and sometimes takes up to 6 weeks to international customers. This is what the Canada Post Office give us the time to submit a claim request. So please give them enough time to handle your item. If you haven't received your item when the time is up please contact us so that we will deal with the Canada Post Office.
There are few steps after we submit a claim request via www.canadapost.ca online form.
1. We will receive a letter in mail in 7 days from Canada Post Customer Service Office.
2. We will confirm and sign the letter and send it back to Canada Post Customer Service Office.
We will contact you immediately once we hear any back from the Canada Post Office.
It is fair to you and it is fair to us too, your refund or re-send must be after Canada Post finish their tracking/inquiry on your parcel.
7. Payment method instructions
Canadian Buyers: Paypal, www.certapay.com Email Money Transfer, Cash, Money Order, Cheque.
American Buyer: Paypal, Cash, International Money Order, Cheque.
International Buyer: Paypal, Cash in U.S. Dollar, International Money Order.

8. Tracking your package
All our packages are sent via paypal advanced shipping system, your package will get ready to go automatically as soon as possible. you will have a tracking number for your package once the package is sent. (the tracking number will be sent from paypal). 100% safe and faster.
