However, we are not responsible for shipments shipped without insurance. Though 99 percent of our packages get to the destination, we will not be held accountable for items being lost in the mail. For larger scale items, insurance will be included if mentioned in the description. Please ask if you want to buy insurance for any item, if you add money to cover the charge, we will gladly include it. We want your shopping experience to be great for all customers.
