General Terms and Information

We offer a money back guarantee on all new items. If you are unhappy with your item, simply return it in new undamaged condition within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping is not refundable - we gave it to the Post Office!). Wholesale lots, used items, "as-is" and damaged items are excluded and are not returnable.

About Hand Made Items: The nature of hand made items is that every one is a little different. If our ad says, for example, that a hand carved mask is 40" long, and the one you receive is 39.5" or 40.75", then please don't think we are deceiving you. Small differences are part of the charm of a hand made item. Wood grain is different in every piece of wood, every piece of buffalo horn has it's own unique coloring and carving strokes, each animal skin will have different markings, hand-painted items will all look slightly different, etc.

Since we have several pieces of each item we sell, we cannot change photos for each copy without charging much more. Our photos are representational, taken of one item from each batch - our artists are careful to make each item essentially the same, but there are always small differences in hand made items. Please also note that photographs on the web are never exact - the same photo will appear slightly differently on every computer, depending on the settings of your monitor and your particular brand of video display card. This is especially true for exact color shades.

Shipping: We do not charge inflated shipping charges. We do not charge "handling" fees or any other such rubbish. We estimate shipping prices in our listings at what we pay for postage and packing materials, and nothing more. We are professional shippers - your items ship in new shipping boxes carefully wrapped and protected with styrofoam peanuts and bubble wrap where appropriate. We combine shipping on most orders - we have about 10 items that ship in specially-sized boxes which are not eligible for combined shipping. Also, large statues and masks over 30" ship separately. If you have any questions about specific items, please ask before bidding. We ship 2-3 days per week. Paypal orders will ship only to your confirmed address.

Payment: Paypal only. PLEASE NOTE: Since October 2008, eBay will no longer allow anyone to accept checks or money orders. They are forcing everyone to use Paypal.

Winning bidders or buyers must contact us within 3 days of the end of the auction to let us know how you will pay. Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. Your bid on our auction signifies your agreement to these terms. Non-paying bidders will be blocked from our future auctions and will be reported to eBay - this may result in your eBay account being terminated.

Insurance: Insurance is very inexpensive and is required for all shipments as most of our items are breakable or one-of-a-kind. It is for your protection. Claims for loss or damage to insured items must be resolved with the insurance carrier - our responsibility ends when it leaves our possession. Any item damaged in shipping is not eligible for our return policy.

International Buyers: Due to huge increases in the US Post Office rates for orders outside the USA (Prices doubled for airmail, and they discontinued parcel post and surface shipment), we no longer ship outside the USA. DO NOT attempt to bid on our auctions if you are not located in the USA. We are sorry for this, but we can not control the US Post Office.

Other terms: We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with a record of non-payment, lots of negative feedback or no feedback. If you have chosen to make your feedback "private" we (and many other sellers) will not accept your bids. Placing a bid is a contract. If you don't want something, don't bid on it!
