AUCTION BIDDERS AGREE TO:
1. If you have private feedback, please email us before bidding. Upon review of your feedback, we will make a decision on your bidding status in our auctions.
AUCTION WINNERS AGREE TO:
1. Contact seller within 72 hours (3 days) of auction close.

Most auctions will have a USPS Shipping Rate Calculator link in them where you may enter your zip code and get an estimate of the shipping charges for the mail class you choose. A small handling fee is added to the USPS shipping rates to help offset the cost of shipping supplies, USPS pick-up charges and labor to manage our shipping department. This fee is generally fifty cents per item for small items and a dollar per item for large items. If you feel handling fees are to high, deduct what you feel is excessive from your maximum bid. This makes your payment and shipment process go much faster and smoother.

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase(s) you made from our Internet Store or won on a Treasure Hut Auction, you may return your purchase(s) for a refund, based on the below requirements.
1. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise, so that we can provide you with a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please note that if we don't hear from you within 3 days of receipt of merchandise as reported by your tracking number, we cannot accept any returns regardless of reasoning.

5. Coins and loose Gems are sent in special packaging using markings and techniques that will show tampering, if they are removed from the packaging they cannot be accepted for return regardless of reasoning.

All items must be returned in their original condition, for your protection, please pack your returns carefully and insure all items for their full value and ship such that you have a tracking number and can verify receipt. We are not responsible for items that arrive damaged or that we don't receive.
7. Upon receipt; coins, gems and jewelry items will be carefully inspected and identified by our certified gemologists and coin experts.
8. All other items will be carefully inspected and identified by their appropriate department heads with our security tagging and magnified photos.
9. We obviously cannot accept returns for any merchandise that is switched altered or damaged.
10. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges and we do not pay the return shipping and handling charges regardless of reasoning.
11. For all accepted returns no matter what the reason, there will be a re-stocking fee which is 20% of the auction close price or the sale price from our store.

We want all orders to ship within 24 hours of cleared payments, so we pre-package all items. If you ask us to combine items and it is possible, we will have to open boxes and re-pack them, this normally is no problem with small items, with larger items it could increase our labor and packing supply cost and could incur you an additional handling fee.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS & WINNERS SPECIAL TERMS:

7. RESTRICTIONS: All countries have import/export restrictions. It is your responsibility to know if the item(s) you are bidding on can be legally shipped to your country from the Untied States. The USPS International Mail Manual will take precedence over any other countries guide for our shipping purposes. We check the restrictions before we ship; YOU must check them before you bid. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEE: You must inform us of the type mail service you desire (Global Express, Global Priority, Airmail Parcel Post, Airmail Letter Post ((limit 4 lbs.))Economy ((Surface)) Parcel Post) and provide us with your Pay Pal Confirmed shipping address. Then we will contact you with the shipping charges quoted to us via the USPS Rate Calculator plus a handling fee of $5.00 to cover the paperwork (customs) and research.
9. RESPONSIBILITY: You agree to accept responsibility for all custom fees, taxes and/or brokerage fees that might be accessed in addition to shipping and handling fees, if any.
10. LIABILITY: You agree to accept liability for your winnings after shipment, insurance is only available as an option for shipments being sent Global Express, if you elect a different shipment method you will be responsible for any loss or damage to your winnings by the carrier.
100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - REFUND POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase(s) you made from our Internet Store or won on a Treasure Hut Auction, you may return your purchase(s) for a refund, based on the below requirements.
1. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise, so that we can provide you with a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please note that if we don't hear from you within 3 days of receipt of merchandise as reported by your tracking number, we cannot accept any returns regardless of reasoning.
2. We will not accept any returns with out a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number, your number will be part of send to address that you will return you package to us with. It will be provided to you, packages with out this number will be refused and marked "Return To Sender".
3. We carefully inspect items before shipping, if they arrive damaged or are lost in transit, this is not covered by our Guarantee, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier if you elected to have Insurance coverage if you chose not to have coverage this would be your loss.
4. We ship each and every item with individual identification tags attached. Do not detach tag! If the tag has been cut off and/or removed, or if the item is sent back with the tag separated and loose in the package, we cannot accept the merchandise back for refund, regardless of reasoning. We use various security features in our tags that is appropriate for the merchandise that alerts us to tampering.
5. Coins and loose Gems are sent in special packaging using markings and techniques that will show tampering, if they are removed from the packaging they cannot be accepted for return regardless of reasoning.
6. All items must be returned in their original condition, for your protection, please pack your returns carefully and insure all items for their full value and ship such that you have a tracking number and can verify receipt. We are not responsible for items that arrive damaged or that we don't receive.
7. Upon receipt; coins, gems and jewelry items will be carefully inspected and identified by our certified gemologists and coin experts.
8. All other items will be carefully inspected and identified by their appropriate department heads with our security tagging and magnified photos.
9. We obviously cannot accept returns for any merchandise that is switched altered or damaged.
10. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges and we do not pay the return shipping and handling charges regardless of reasoning.
11. For all accepted returns no matter what the reason, there will be a re-stocking fee which is 20% of the auction close price or the sale price from our store.
12. EXCEPTIONS: From time to time we may run special auctions or list special items in our store marked "AS IS", any items so marked are not covered in any way by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. They are being offered "AS IS" with no Guarantee or Warranty of any kind. We will frequently use this type of offering on Clearance Items or this would be used for un-claimed freight and salvage items that we are offering at low prices and are not sure ourselves of their condition.
13. Due to copy right laws we do not accept software, video recordings or music recordings for refund, they are sold "AS IS" and or Non-Refundable.
